NillI got to know the staff here they are so sweet! Especially the maids, even maintenance guy is chill bro too, I really liked the service at this hotel, it's just a bit rundown, but they put me and my family in the front of the hotel which we appreciated and always were extremely nice to us. If you're looking for an older hotel with minimal amenities for a cheap price with extremely nice staff, this is your go to.

NillStaff is always nice, manager is always helpful to me and considerate. The property needs some work but when I was last there, it appears they are working on some of the problems. The big parking lot hole was filled. Overall not bad, I will continue to stay here

NillWhile Veronica at the front desk was very nice, it doesn't make up for how bad the motel actually is. Their advertising is not misleading, it's a right out lie, there is no free breakfast, the refrigerator in the room doesn't work, there are no coffee makers in the rooms, our room has no A/C in it, the beds are better at keeping you up all night rather than comfortably drift you off to sleep. The pot holes in the parking lot are nearly big enough to turn in the pool and the decor is about 25 yrs outdated, probably why they don't post pictures of the rooms. Spend a few extra bucks and get a room somewhere else.

★★i seldom stay at motel 6 and now i know why. it is a bed, tv, and bathroom. a bar of soap and not shampoo. no microwave. no fridge. the location is nice. freeway close and close to trader joe's. it was fairly clean.

★Worst hotel ever... I booked a room through booking.com and cancelled my reservation less than 15 minutes later. Motel 6 had already charged my card and never cancelled the reservation on their end so they could charge me the $200. When I talked to the manager he assured me they had done everything necessary to facilitate my refund... never happened. Not to mention I had to call the hotel 4 or 5 times and left my number for a call back from the manager which never happened. The manager also said something like I booked a room that was non refundable even though on the booking cancellation policy it said I would be charged for 1 night and refunded the rest of my money after the hotel told me they would refund my total amount. So much unnecessary hassle for something soooo simple. Just refund my money... it's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten anything but stress trying to work all this out. I also stayed here once before and their rooms were stinky, drink machines didn't work, staff wasn't very helpful at all, bugs on the wall, and a bunch of tweaker types hanging around.

★★★Granted this is a basic room but given that understanding, it was just as expected. We were visiting family here in this very pricey area, would spend minimal time in the room, so wanted to minimize the price. We spent two nights here and we were not disappointed. The physical aspects of the accommodation was clearly lacking attention to detail but our comfort was adequate, the mattress was good. Pillows could be better, bring your own if you can. Towels were thin but we survived...Bottom line, the motel provided a comfortable bed in a presumably safe location, coffee free in the office in the morning, okay for people looking for a safe, clean place for a short stay.

★There was a strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking rooms, flies in the bathroom, built up grime and mold in the roof. It’s a complete nightmare. This place is not being cleaned! If you do stay here, bring your own sheets and bleach!

★Filthy and Unsafe! ||||Staff entered room twice without masks putting us at risk of Covid. ||||When I told her no thanks for any services, she waited until I left and went into the room anyway. ||||No towels were left or service, however, my tablet, clothing, and makeup are missing from my bag...||||I am so happy with my new Amazon camera which gets 5 stars, and how easy it was to see what happened.|| ||Staff response was unbelievable, woman behind window was incredibly rude and actually admitted that they went back into the room after I left to "check the fire alarm".|||| My camera didn't seem to catch the "fire alarm inspection" ||||The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and professional. I would give hime 5 stars. Excellent Customer Service from him and thank you!||||I cannot say the same about how I was treated today. I would rather sleep in my car!
