The place is really well kept. Very clean. Smells fresh. Very modern everything. The breakfast was so delicious. Holiday inn is very consistent with their cleanliness and quality from the past few hotels that I've stayed at. Great hotel for the value.

I was upgraded because I'm a diamond members, to a balcony room. But it was so small I had no place to put my luggage but on the floor, I only had about 40 channels on the TV. Found mold on the breakfast buffet. I'm a diamond member and have spent a lot of time in HIE and will still stay at a HIE just not this one. P.S. Mr Luis A. Hernandez General Manager called me personally and apologized for the which is something that you don't really see nowadays and I do respect that. He is trying and for me a business owner myself, I understand that you don't know what your employees are doing all the time and what needs fixed, I also would value feedback from my customers. So thank you for your concern and dedication to you company. And I will give this HIE another chance when I come back this way. Thanks for restoring my faith Mr Hernande.

Best front desk staff we have had in a loooong time! Made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Very helpful and cheerful. Bright spot in a day of travel. Thank you!

My only complaint is that the cleaner they use has an awful chemical smell that nauseates me. Otherwise everything was great. Also, you can hear traffic from the highway, it's worse depending what side of the building you're on. (Try to avoid the East)

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa. Caesar checked us in, and he was very friendly and courteous in ensuring that our stay would be a pleasant one. When I pass through Santa Rosa again, I'll definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express!
