Hotel Santa Rosa

At check-in we asked for a room facing away from highway 101. We had a modern room, well lit, with a large mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, and one chair. There was no place for us to put our suitcase! The large bathroom had a sliding door, a very noisy toilet, a large shower with a great shower head, and plenty of counter space. The bed was comfortable. We had a good breakfast with processed hot items and cooked oatmeal.

I've stayed here several times and have always been greeted by front desk staff with a welcoming smile acknowledging my Rewards Member status. Check in is easy. Rooms have always been clean, including the bathroom. Plenty of good quality towels. GM Luis Hernandez definitely has a great personality and that is reflected in all of the staff.

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Room and premises were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very quiet location and less than a mile from our venue. Would definitely stay here again when in Santa Rosa.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My check in and check out went very smoothly. I had a great night's sleep. Woke up refreshed and had an excellent breakfast. The location is conveniently near the freeway but I wasn't disturbed by any traffic noise.

I moved to this property (Santa Rosa North) after my original booking with another vendor/property "didn't work-out." The crew at the front desk was immediately warm and welcoming, not just at check-in, but through-out my visit. The rooms are very clean and beds super comfortable. The breakfast spread, while fairly standard with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, a pancake grill/conveyor, variety of cereals, fruit and juices.

Service was great! Very clean hotel room with super comfortable bed. I slept well every night. Complementary breakfast was really good with several options. Staff was helpful, respectful and courteous. Fitness room had updated equipment that worked well and wasn’t crowded with other guests. I’m grateful for a positive experience.

Great service, clean facility, lovely breakfast. Not to mention 11 a.m. check out which gave time to finish work projects. Thank you for making my work trip a pleasant experience. It would be great if you offer evening snacks for those who arrive late.

Staff greeted me politely. I asked if I can take a look at one of the rooms because someone posted a bad review with pics of the room not being cleaned and I thought this can't be right. So she showed me a room and it was fine so o booked my 2.day stay and asked for the quietest room which they provided me. The staff working the breakfast area was also very helpful offering me trays to carry my food back to the room. Very friendly staff, would stay here again.
