Park Inn by Radisson, Santa Rosa South

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I couldn't even stay the night here. The room reeked of smoke and the smoke detector had been ripped out (see photos). There were stains on the sheets, a dirty towel on the bathroom floor, and stains on the wall. Two of the four lights in the room did not work. Even for a cheap hotel, I expected the room to at least feel clean. Finally, I'm a young woman who was spending one quick night by myself - as I was grabbing things from my car, a group of men were in the parking lot, and tracked me as I went from my car to the room. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I ended up leaving.

I had a fantastic stay at the Park Inn by Radisson South! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and they were happy to answer all my questions about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my stay. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again, thanks to the wonderful service!

Sketchy area, dirty room. Sheets had hairs - was clear they weren't changed. Skidmarks in toilet. Dirty floor and sink. No TV remote. I went to the front desk girl and nicely asked if maybe the room had forgotten to be cleaned? Her response and demeaner made it clear this is just how it goes and she offered another room. It seems like a hotel for drugs and prostitutes

Positive: They gave me an accessable room after I had already booked and paid for my room Negative: Very dirty floor, razor on sink. No blanket. Standing puddle under unplugged fridge ,No extra towels in half empty motel, only 1 elec outlet

Positive: Pet friendly. Comfortable mattress.Helpful friendly desk clerks, both night and morning. Price was average. Negative: 2 stars motel. Initials carved in table, cracked sink, and although it is non-smoking, the room had that stale smoke smell to it. Lots of traffic noise all night long. Breakfast was a coffee pump.

Positive: "" Negative: Minimal amenities (no hair dryer or shampoo), not enough towels and no way to get more ( 3 guests, only one decent towel), had to find more TP as there was no housekeeping; trash outside some rooms stayed there at least 2 days. Clerks did not care.

We got a room on May.17,25.. the next morning we had no electricity my boyfriend called the office both times he called the office the person that answered the phone hung up on him both times..I went to the office I told the lady that about the electricity being off and I wanted to be comped.. Someone else that has stayed in the same room told us management knows and won't do anything about it..Don't let them put you in Room 124

Positive: Not a lot Negative: Bathroom was dirty and contained last occupant?s toiletries. The breakfast wasn?t included as advertised. WiFi was poor.
