Travelodge by Wyndham Santa Rosa Wine Country

This place is nicely updated and very clean. I've stayed here several times over the last couple years and will keep coming back whenever go to Santa Rosa. Newer pictures show a recently painted grey exterior and rooms with contemporary black furniture and a rolling barn door for the bathroom. Many of Google's pictures are very old from before the new owners remodeled. Ignore pictures with yellow exterior and dated brown furniture. Also ignore any review from more than two years ago.

Quick overnight for an early morning gymnastics meet. Exceeded expectations for a Travellodge, rooms are updates and so clean. I met the family that owns and runs the motel and they are amazing people who live full time on premise. Only minor potential issue is the rooms have shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner. It wasn't an issue. Great location across from Costco, sports Basement, easy access.

Excellent place! Very clean and beds are very comfortable. The rooms are upgraded and decorated with cute additions. Staff was very helpful. Close to the fairgrounds, dining options, freeway, and wine tasting. 🍷 We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the modernized bathroom with walk-in shower had nice water pressure. Left purse in room with cash, credit cards and passport, discovered 60 miles later. Returned, retrieved it completely intact. How very professional and honest. Will highly recommend the Santa Rosa Travelodge to everyone I know!

Not only was the room spotlessly clean but the bed was very comfortable! I left my purse (with credit cards, cash and passport) in the room which was discovered 60 miles later. Called, returned and retrieved the purse intact. How very professional and honest. Will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend the Santa Rosa Travelodge on Santa Rosa Avenue.

The location and condition of the room were very good. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper and the cycling of the refrigerator and heater kept me awake during a good part of the night. The traffic noise didn't help either.|I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are a good sleeper! We'll be back if another family crisis happens!

Despite its convenient location near key attractions and amenities, the surroundings were calm, and I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, as everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The property also has a modern feel, with updated furnishings and thoughtful touches that made the room both functional and inviting. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the beds were comfortable, adding to the overall appeal. Travelodge in Santa Rosa is an excellent option for those seeking a budget-friendly yet high-quality stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Professional, courteous check-in. Well-appointed room with large fridge (with freezer section), sufficient power portals, excellent surface space in bathroom, multiple clothing hooks in open closet area in addition to hangers, full-length mirror. I like the pull-out coffee station in the room. I like the barn door access to the bathroom as it supports universal design principles, as do the step-in shower and grab bar. No breakfast and surprisingly, no lobby coffee. Sadly, although the wifi worked well the first and the last days of my stay, in between it was unstable and slow, hampering my use. I have subsequently used this same laptop in other wifi environments and have not had an issue. Motel within walking distance of good retail stores, including a Trader Joe's. It was an irritant that guests must go to the night window during times when other motels have someone at their lobby desk.
