Americas Best Value Inn Santa Rosa, CA

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! No black mold or orange e-coli in the corners of the shower. Even the floor tile grout was clean, not dark in the middle and light at the edges like most hotels. Safety bars in the low threshold shower. |Very basic room with vinyl plank flooring, shampoo, soap and lotion provided (no conditioner). Clean fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee. Comfy bed and pillows. Small table and chair, desk, dresser with large font digital clock, small but effective hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Small open closet. Friendly staff. Everything needed for a quick stay. Right next to Costco.

Best Value Inn and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, the Best Value Inn offers good value for the price and a comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

"Prices where reasonable rooms were clean staff was courteous". |Beds are really comfortable and clean. Will use this hotel again. Location is very much convenience. Comfortable and supportive check-in and check-out. Enough parking space

We just spent the night traveling back home from snowbirding in Arizona. It was exactly what we needed...pet friendly clean, good beds,and safe parking because we were pulling an open trailer with our razor and other belongings. It was a well lit parking lot and when I asked for a room we could back trailer in....they acominated us. We will definitely stay again on our trip back in October. If you're looking for fancy this is not for you, but if you need a good clean bed for a night at a reasonable price..this is it.

Well-maintained and clean property. Good amenities and services. Good staff. Comfortable and friendly stay. Delicious food at reasonable price. Comfortable and supportive check-in and check-out. Enough parking space.||Strongly recommend to stay.

I'm not very picky. Safe and clean are my highest expectations. This place did, however, exceed my expectations. Nice bed, microwave, fridge/ freezer, TV and internet. Seems to have been newly renovated. No bathtub, no coffee.

While the hotel room wasn’t bad, we did not feel safe while we were here. There was a huge, noncontrolled party going on in the parking lot until late.

My sweetie made the reservation. When she told me where she booked, I gasped a little and told her it was likely not up to her standards. My standards are low. I don't need shampoo and conditioner, hangers that come off the rail, a couch in the room, 10 pillows on the bed...||||The bed was probably the biggest problem. So incredibly firm that it was actually uncomfortable. My sweetie didn't sleep a wink. I slept some but not well. The shower was fine, the toilet was fine, the sink was fine... we used the fridge, which was perfectly serviceable, but not the microwave.||||I gotta say, WiFi was good. Password worked the first time, it was free, no hokey "you pay $5 and can only hook up two devices per 24 hours," wasn't flaky.||||Air conditioner worked fine, easy to adjust.||||But part of the problem was the noise: so many people talking, yelling etc. in the parking lot. We were in 103, on the ground floor near the office, and it was noisy. That, plus the really hard bed, meant that the main reason we booked the room--to sleep before volunteering at a fundraising event at 6am--really did not happen. Too bad.
