Rooms were clean and adequately supplied. Staff at the front desk were polite and amicable. Breakfast was decent and good food despite there being very few guests to encourage lack of importance on this. Again, the staff was pleasant. The only downside was the $40 charge to access a room early(to change after the flight into business attire). The hotel was not full (at all). And it was only a couple of hours. They had a later than normal check-in times which left a person on a 1day business trip little options. But, for returning to this customer office I would stay again.

Check in process was a NIGHTMARE this past weekend. I understand wait times when places are busy but you can get checked in at Disney World or a hotel on the Las Vegas strip on an holiday weekend easier than you can check in here. It was so chaotic and disorganized. We arrived at 4:00 and waited over two hours for a room to be ready with no updates along the way. The staff was less than accommodating and not friendly in the slightest. Not even a simple I’m sorry for your wait. Just a smug attitude and a swift request for payment, that she didn’t even tell me the total of. The room itself was clean and fine. The check in process and rude staff are an absolute no go though. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this particular hotel if those are the types of protocols they follow on a busy weekend. At the least, a discount should have been offered as no one at the hotel this weekend received the full stay they paid for. Save your money and pick another hotel chain.

Enjoyed the stay. Reservation was for two weeks. Here for company. Felt safe. Good location. Rooms were nice. Took do not disturb off door over the weekend and didn’t get service but no issue with that. Everything in the room felt clean. Looked clean. Stormed on last day and the power did go out. But lights flickered for a second and I guess backup generator kicked in. No downtime which was a plus. Bar and restaurant inside. Anytime I personally come to the ATL, I’m staying here.

The people make this hotel. They were always friendly and helpful. Front desk agent Pam was the best. Always fast to rectify any issue I had to the best of her efforts. Stayed here for 4 weeks for job training. The lobby is gorgeous but when you get off the elevator it look alike a different hotel. It seems like Sonesta just paint and plastered this building and it needs more love. New carpet but desk and dresser looked straight out of the 90s. The pool was completely closed the entire time i was here. Even the indoor area. Had issues with sitting on the patio. The battery in my door lock died 3 times. The HVAC never really got cool. The safe had to be fixed. Maintenance was fast with doing what they could. Location is the better part. Next to the 285 and 5 minutes from the battery.

The hotel drop the ball with my reservation that was booked with a group. Their phones were done the day I was coming in from St. Louis when I tried to notify them that I will be checking in after midnight. Because my room was booked with a group, my room cost should have been paid for. Well…they canceled my hotel room. Someone did not do their job right nor wanted to take accountability. Fortunately I had a second reservation to extend a night from the first original reservation because I was bringing my two dogs since it was a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was able to let me into my room early. The room felt extremely warm and I assumed the AC was just turned on and the room needed to cool down. I was wrong. After an hour after going back and forth to bring luggage into my room… I found out the air conditioning was broken and the room was hot like 70-80 degrees hot. I was not leaving my dogs in a hot room to only become dehydrated. I am extremely upset and exhausted. I was at this hotel to be a vendor at an event. I lost money because of this situation and the hotel barely accommodated me. This hotel was horrible and the staff was not empathetic to the situation. I highly suggest not to stay here.

I came here on a work trip and ended up in one of the friendliest places I got to experience so far. Throughout my travel each person I got to experience was kind and patient. Meron was great with any questions and had great suggestions to have fun during my travel. The room was expectional and front desk was always available.

I always stay here for business trips because the staff are first class and the facilities are excellent. Everyone at the hotel is more than accommodating. Carolyn always greets me for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Tishana and Lisa are usually around to chat and inquire about the stay. Joe, Tanija, and Taylor are at the front desk and they are the best. Joe even saved my umbrella for me after I'd forgotten it a week previously. I promise you, this spot is worth the stay.

We rent conference space from them 1-2 times each year for business events, and have been incredibly impressed. We've had 2-3 different sales managers help us along the way who've all done a great high-touch job, most recently Ken Krom. Would recommend to other small/medium business owners who occasionally rent space. We've used other places in the past and they don't compare!
