Super 8 by Wyndham Atlanta Northeast GA

The reason I booked this hotel was for the proximity to the place I had to be the next morning. The room was ok. Yes, the floorboards are warped, the lamp crooked, paint touch ups are visible but most importantly it was clean. Not $90 for a night though. They don't offer breakfast like other Super 8s do. We stayed at a beautiful Super 8 in W. Virginia for $60 a night that offered a simple yet quaint breakfast bar. Stop using COVID as an excuse! It seems like Super 8s have different owners yet they still should have an overall standard and this one didn't meet it.

Bugs crawling around the bed. Heater didn’t work. After my 4th room I was told this isn’t a 5 star place. Amazingly terrible and it’s not a super 8 by Wyndham it’s a nasty motel 6! This place is disgraceful! Evidently the bugs are only in the rooms on the first floor 😂

Y’all this location is disgusting!! There’s a difference in being an old hotel that needs renovations, and being a NASTY hotel. I booked a room after our first hotel room at Comfort Inn was over booked. This was the ONLY hotel available in the area- not I understand why. It was a one night stay that happened to fall into the same time all the evacuees came up running from Milton. Tell me why the front check-in clerk knew it was unsafe and falling apart. The flooring was bubbling and would shift under your feet. The sheets, towel were dirty- when I asked for another room he didn't have any... when I asked for additional linen, they didn't have any. There is mold in the air vents and the shower. Everythign was grimy and broken. The motel 6 backs up to this. It was very unsafe- the management team is aware and told me they would put me on the "lighted/ safe said" of the motel..

The most disgusting super 8 I’ve ever seen in my life, I walked in saw the room, it was so run down I went back and got a refund. Place was absolutely disgusting. Watch out for the huge pot hole in the driveway too.

This is by far one of the worst Super 8s I’ve ever stayed in! First off, we picked this hotel because it said it had free breakfast. When we asked what time that started, the guy at the desk very rudely said they hadn’t had breakfast since before Covid. So the website is wrong. The room was disgusting. The second you walked in you were hit with this awful musty smell. The floor boards were bubbling up and the entire floor was sticky. We had a a non-smoking room, but clearly someone didn’t get the memo because there was cigarette ash in the bathroom, which also speaks to how well cleaned the room was. Someone also stole the shower curtain and a light bulb but the hotel just didn’t bother to replace it. Shockingly, the TV was still on the wall despite being hung up with a piece of string. They at least plastered over the holes in the wall, despite not painting them. If I could give it zero stars I would. We’ve had decent experiences with Super 8s in the past and are just very confused on how Wyndham lets this place operate like this.

They advertise breakfast as included, they do not offer Breakfast. Dirty, seedy and nasty. Black mold in the fridge, other mold on the walls. The first room I was given looked obviously used and nothing changed when I got in. 2nd room they put me in was bug infested. No idea what bit me but my legs and arms are covered. 3rd room was cleaner and nicer, but I had to argue to be placed in another room after finding the bugs

There is a lot of drug use around this hotel. It smelled strongly of urine. We found a needle and straw when we came into the room. Not a safe place for women or children. No free breakfast, moldy showers, loose floor tiles, and rooms that hadn’t even been cleared of drug paraphernalia

The office was closed at 9pm it was very difficult dealing with hotel personnel. I asked for ice they told where the machine was for me to find it not working at all! Went back to office and their solution was to go to their competing motel to get ice. It did not work either! Don’t ever plan to stay there ever again. The floor in the room was pathetic- tiles were coming up and seperated 2 to 3 inches apart, would cut your foot if you’re not very careful! Had refrigerator but did Not had a microwave as advertised! The TV had all channels that looked like snow! Sorriest motel I have paid for in a very long time! As for coffee when checking out! Attendant said they had None! Good bye!
