NillBeing a Marriott Rewards member for any years I didn’t even bother to check the reviews. This place is run down, gross and roach infested. You know if you see one there must be hundreds more. Several items in our room were in disrepair. The only saving grace is the new general manager was very understanding and he is working on cleaning the place up. That being said after this experience I would not stay in this hotel again. 3 stars is a joke. I’ve never had a bad experience like this at a Marriott property. Guess I’ll have to start checking reviews.

NillI booked a room here because I am a loyal Marriott member. I found the property to not be worth the money nor reflective of Marriott's standards. When we got to our room, we found that the curtains were wide open and the air conditioning was off, making the room about 85-90 degrees (in early March) thanks to the sunlight. It took hours for the wall AC unit to cool down the room thanks to a lack of ventilation/fans. The quality of the breakfast was poor and extremely limited on fresh options. You could tell the majority was frozen, processed items. I realize that some of this is normal, but it was well below Marriott standards. Finally, there was a massive amount of trash dumped on the other side of the wall in the parking garage including food items, pillows, suitcases and more. It looked like an open landfill and I would have expected to see rats running through the garage at night.

NillI enjoyed our stay, the location and the excellent customer service. I want to acknolwdge Betty who checked us and provided us with things to do, where we could eat and what the hotel offers to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

NillWe went for a family vacation and picked a place right outside to the city. Needless to say, we left half way through our stay to go stay at a higher priced, better, CLEANER hotel. We have been Bonvoy members for over 15 years and were appalled by the “two bedroom suite” we were given. We saw bedbugs, and OMG the cockroach problem! We have two small kids with us and literally unpacked our stuff, stayed one night and packed our stuff back up to go stay at a proper facility. This place is NOTHING like the photos they show! The rooms are gross, the bathrooms are disgusting and the last straw was seeing bedbugs and cockroaches! SOOO LONG TOWNSUITES! Gooooooodddd luck!

NillFrom the moment I walked in the door I should have turned around and walked out!!! First thing was the SMELL that smacked me in the face. The second thing was the extremely rude and disrespectful person at the checkin counter that looked NOTHING like a place to check. Then once I made it to my room the I knew for sure that I had to leave… had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen!!! Then I ran out to purchase candles and deodorizes for the room. I also purchased pots and pans along with folks, plates and a pot and pan just so I wouldn’t have to use theirs. Checking out in the morning. I can’t stomach this place. it can definitely use an entire renovation!!! Starting with staff at the front door. Not to mention the undesirables that are close by!

NillLongtime Marriott member. And because of that, I didn't take the time to read the reviews of this hotel before booking 2 rooms for 3 nights. Gosh, I sure wish I had! This hotel isn't even close to being up to the standards that Marriott sets! This entire hotel is in need of a major renovation and I could go on and on but we were extremely disappointed in so many things. Trust me by just staying elsewhere until Marriott spends some money to significantly upgrade this place!

NillI stayed here one night because there was a HUGE cockroach in my bedroom. All of the drains were closed so I opened them upon entering and prepared to sleep. I walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw a huge roach in the bathroom attempting to hide. When I called the front desk about moving rooms I asked the lady if she could guarantee that the other rooms would have no bugs and she said she could not guarantee unfortunately. It was almost midnight so I had no choice but to remain but I could not sleep the entire night. The new room also had sealed drains, indicating all the rooms have a bug problem. The customer service rep Perry from Atlanta that called back after I notified them of the problem stated that my issue was resolved by moving me to a different room. He was rude and unapologetic with no regard for the issue as if it was not a big deal.

NillRooms here have many nice long stay features, like an oven not just a microwave. Cheaper and with better amenities than the hotel next door, 10/10 location. Food is OK, rooms are great, affordable. TVs have streaming services, hotel next door's TVs do not. Overall, if you're staying in this area, stay here.
