NillWe had a fantastic stay at Spark by Hilton Savannah I-95 during our last spring break vacation! From the moment we arrived, the Reception InCharge was incredibly supportive, ensuring we had everything we needed, including an additional bed and even gifts for our kids—such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was great, the room was new, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. If you're traveling from Orlando to New York, this hotel is a perfect stop for a good rest. The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Monty, who went above and beyond when we forgot some personal belongings in our room. He personally called us and even arranged to send them via USPS to our residence—such amazing customer service! We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Savannah! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

NillService is awful. The FD clerk was in his personal phone and told me “what do you want, I am busy now”. I have never seen this attitude in hospitality. I understand is a road hotel but service must improved. I am not even going to talk about Hilton loyalty program because feels like it is just the name added to a renovated old building. Rooms are spacious, moreover, you can hear the people walking in the floor above so avoid staying in the ground floor. Pros: Free parking Conveniently located next to I-95 Electric car charging stations Pet friendly. Smart TV

NillVery odd smell in the lobby, not necessarily bad, but odd. The humidity in the halls and lobby was ridiculous ,apparently too cheap to run AC. Walking out of the room was like being punched. Definitely not enjoyable for the contental breakfast. The room was clean and had an oddly large area that could accommodate a nice sitting area ( which there was none ), no place to sit but on the bed. All in all I will not be returning to this chain

NillBy far the best 2-star hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel for our wedding eve and wedding night, and arranged for a block rate for out of town guests, and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The rooms are clean, massive, and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable, linens are high quality, and tv is large at ~55”. The owners even gave us a bottle of champagne to help celebrate our big day. We called for a late checkout and there was zero issue. This is the most accommodating accommodation I’ve ever booked. King rooms include a couch, some pull out, some don’t.

NillDid not feel like a safe hotel. At midnight we had someone call the room and when we didn’t pick up, they pushed open the door. When we yelled for them to leave they did. The next morning we checked with the front desk and they apologized as it was them due to a mix up. My family had trouble sleeping for the rest of the night. We will not stay in another Spark. Also while the breakfast is good, they have the tv advertising draft kings…

NillListen the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, and the staff in pleasant, BUT seems as though the day of check out the cleaning staff wants you up and out with all that damn banging and door slamming! It’s very very very very very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! what’s the point of setting your alarm when you have 4-5 doors slamming so hard your door shakes. This our second time staying and the front desk made it seem like the first time they were rushing to clean room. NO they doing this on purpose! Then the damn dogs next to us are barking hysterically because of the doors slamming. Something has to be done cause check out at 12pm and it’s 830 am!!

NillI just had my room reservation cancelled by hotel management. I'm traveling with my mother and sister who left a few before I could. Call to get a digital key so they could check in and rest before I arrived. Management told it was a scam and wouldn't provide a digital key for my mom and when asked how much the room would be without using my friends and family, multiple times. Without even answering that's questions they hung up on me... I've never had service like this even in the worse hotels.. Not a bit of concern about customers services over the phone or the people standing in front of them expecting to have a room.. shameful service and people

NillStayed here for a night and the place is obviously a refresh of something else. The vanities and tubs do seem new as well as the towels. Overall, a good renovation. The walls are thin and the place is loud with all of the dogs. Breakfast shouldn’t be advertised as “hot” as it’s just bagels, yogurt, and boiled eggs. It’s not even really a continental breakfast.
