DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago Midway Airport

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Isaiah and Tee. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Isaiah was incredibly professional and friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring everything I needed was handled promptly. Tee was equally amazing—attentive, kind, and always one step ahead when it came to anticipating guest needs. Whether it was recommendations for local spots or help with accommodations, they both made my stay seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it was the exceptional service that truly set it apart. Isaiah and Tee are true assets to the team, and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.

Ramiro was excellent! He was attentive and patient with us while I took an important phone call. The food was actually excellent. I didn't exorcist that. It was just supposed to be a quick bite. I had the build a burger with the loaded sweet tots. My friend had the same burger with the Brussel sprouts. Loved the Brussels. Crispy and savory. Would definitely recommend.

Food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Gaby our server was sweet with a beautiful smile. Our daughter left her wrist brace in the booth we were sitting in for lunch. Gaby ran after us in the parking lot to get the brace back to us. I’m so grateful for her kindness and her willingness to go out of her way to help a traveling family have the best experience and outcome in the hotel. Our vacation to Europe would have been very difficult for our daughter without her wrist brace. Gaby is a gem!! The hotel and it’s travelers are lucky to have Gaby!! 10 stars!!

Ramiro was my server at the Coaches Bar and Grill; he was awesome! I needed to eat a healthy dinner to stay on my diet plan. He gave me an excellent recommendation. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. So far, I’m having a great experience!

The hotel was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was absolutely the sweetest! Isaiah the host was sooooo cool and sweet! The restaurant and bar was delicious and Ramiro our waiter was THE best. Kind, attentive, professional, great sense of humor, made us feel at home and the food was so good as well. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. If you do, please ask for Ramiro!!!!

Check in was easy and front desk very friendly. Appreciate the extra security of checking IDs and having room key requirement for elevators. Housekeeping was extra friendly in the halls and very welcoming! Gaby and Ana were super great in the bar! Engaging, checking in often and making sure we were having a great experience. Offered food and paid attention to everyone at the bar, making sure food and beverage needs were met! Definitely a grest hotel bar experience! Overall, great experience and loved the staff!

Went in April 24th, for a fast lunch. Didn't expect much because it was a hotel. But to my surprise the bartender / server I believe her name was Adriana she was absolutely outstanding. Not only was she very attentive to my dining experience, she had a professional attitude pertaining to her craft. She was very personable and helped with some menu recommendations. I chose the steak sandwich. Whoever the chef was ..it was pretty clear to me he knew how to cook a steak properly.. I'll be coming back to try again even though it was a hotel. As for Adriana, The Doubletree should hire and train more people like her. Cheers!!
