I attended a conference and stayed at this hotel. The location is great. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room is large and comfortable. I booked a King room with riverview and stayed on the 39th floor. On my first day, I was greeted very warmly by Ms. Tracy Taylor who introduced herself as the room attendant. As a first timer at this hotel, I appreciated the hospitality and care that Ms. Taylor provided. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had what was needed for the room, and kept it clean. Although the room did not come with a microwave, I went to the front desk to inquire if there was one that I could use on the premises, and Mary replied with a smile that she would send one to my room right away. That was totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The gym facility has a wide range of equipment including Peloton bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, stair master, free weights, weight machines, etc. Being able to maintain my fitness regime was definitely a plus. I enjoyed breakfast at Palms restaurant on two occasions. It was quite substantial and reasonably priced. All in all I had a great stay, and would recommend this location to others.

Great hotel. Loved our room. We booked the following for two nights: PINNACLE LAKEVIEW 1 KING, 320 SF, 29 SM, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier views from floors 20-39. We got a room on the 39th floor. Everything was wonderful. Sometimes it was hard to get someone at the front desk to answer when we used our room phone, which was why we gave it 4 stars for service, but outside of that, everything was perfect. Make sure to check out the little perks you get for booking the room directly through the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel for a quiet romantic getaway with plenty of touristy things nearby. I recommend getting the curb app so you can get taxis. Much more convenient, cheaper and easier to use than Uber/Lyft. The app is also good in a lot of other bigger cities around the U.S. If you want to stream something on the TV, you will need to bring a streaming device or physically hook up a laptop. Everyone was super nice and accommodating.

Excellent stay at the Swissotel. The customer service was amazing at every turn! Claudio (room service delivery), Roberto (Amuse), and the housekeeping staff (I'm usually great with names, but cannot recall them all.) are beyond hospitable. They look for opportunities to go above and beyond. The hotel is very clean, and smells amazing. I'd definitely stay again.

My husband and I wanted to get a quick getaway and stayed here for the night. We’ve been a guest here a few times before. We just love this hotel. People like Daisy at the front desk, is always a reminder of why we love it here. The hotel is perfectly located, right in the midst of downtown. Very close to everything we love, Navy Pier, Giordano's Pizza, Bazetta’s, and all the shopping centers. Our room was wonderful and the view was exceptional. We had a wonderful time per usual. Thanks, Daisy and Swissotel for being consistent!

This was A. very enjoyable experience from April 10th to April 14th. The excellent experience started before my arrival as I received an email from Melissa Marion, the Executive Operations Administrator & Loyalty Program Manager wanted to know if there was anything she could do to hence my upcoming stay. After my email response, when I arrived Melissaa had arranged for mu room to be upgraded to the executive suite similar to the one I normally stay at on the 36th floor which I was greeted in the room with fruit, crackers and cheese. This suite is one of the best on the hotel and the room for my niece, also on the 36th floor was also very nice with A. really nice view of the Chicago River too. This was my 23-year-old nieces first trip to Chicago from the UK. She was extremely impressed with her room and especially my suite and this helped to make her first visit to Chicago memorable. I have to give A. big shout out to the staff at this hotel. I had called the hotel the day before my arrival to check-in and spoke to Kia, and she promised the microwave I had requested would be in my room, as has had some issues with this in the past, and this trip the Microwave was indeed in the room/suite when I arrived. We also had breakfast each day in the hotel restaurant. I am well known in the restaurant and can tell you the staff are fantastic. Adrian and Felipe seem to be the hardest working people in Chicago. They are absolutely fantastic. Their service is second to known and seem to be there daily. Alex was fantastic. If you want A. friendly face who genuinely cares about you as A. guest and gives you the best service, you cannot go wrong being served by the team (Alex, Adrian and Felipe). Overall, these are things that help to make the Swissotel my choice of hotel whenever I visit Chicago.

We recently visited Chicago and decided to stay one night at Swissotel. We were impressed by how nice this hotel was. We were upgraded to a suite with breathtaking views of the skyline, river and Lake. The staff was also very nice. Had we known how great our stay would be, we would have definitely stayed longer at this hotel. Can't wait to visit again!

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. All of the staff interacted with were helpful. The fitness center was one of the better that I've experienced while traveling with good equipment and clean. The only issue with the hotel was the lack of getting non-bottled water. This is a conference hotel, so typically there are water bottle filling stations at minimum in the conference area - which this hotel doesn't have. That was the biggest downside that I experienced.
