Club Quarters Hotel Central Loop, Chicago

Queen superior room was excellent size with a great desk as a working area. Had quiet mini fridge and a microwave, however, no kitchen utensils. Had no safe and the bathroom bench was small. The storage for clothes was very good. Being close to the lift there was a constant annoying thumping noise heard in the room. Staff offered another room but declined as slept with ear plugs and did not want to pack and unpack, although looking back should have taken up offer. If it wasn't for the lift noise would give 5 stars for sure. The location was good, close to 2 main metros and pub next door offered very good meals. TV had plenty of channels and could stream from own device for Netflix and YouTube. Staff always available and helpful.

I had such a great experience during my recent stay, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cesar at the front desk for making the check-in process smooth, welcoming, and surprisingly quick. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, fully expecting to either wait in the lobby or have to store my bags and come back later. But Cesar greeted me with such a positive attitude and immediately looked into whether an early check-in was possible.||To my surprise, not only did he find a clean, ready room for me, but he also made the process feel personal and genuinely warm. He asked if I had any preferences, gave me helpful information about the property, and even shared a few local recommendations. He made me feel like more than just another reservation on the list.||Cesar’s professionalism, patience, and attentiveness were truly impressive. He had a calm and confident presence that made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and takes pride in making guests feel welcome.||Thanks to Cesar, my stay started on the perfect note. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. He deserves all the credit for setting such a high standard in hospitality!

This hotel was a dream! From the moment I stepped into my room, I was impressed. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log! And the view? Absolutely stunning. I could have spent hours just gazing out the window. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. I didn't have any need to interact with the staff during my stay, but the seamless check-in and check-out process was a plus. If you're looking for a hotel with a comfortable bed, amazing views, and the price tag to match, look no further. Highly recommended!

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Danny went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by upgrading our room and offering complimentary vouchers after learning it was our anniversary. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, and we especially appreciated the beautiful view from the window. The thoughtful service and attention to detail truly enhanced our celebration.

Housekeeping does a very good job keeping this property very clean. Very easy to check especially with the help I received from Caesar. Overall a great experience at the central loop. Great location downtown. Only downside is that all the fun bars are a bit of a walk but worth it.

I got a nice room with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and microwave on an upper floor (thanks!). Yet, when my room was not cleaned, the staff told me that the rooms are usually cleaned only every three days, thus I asked that my room will be everyday (it's essential, certainly when you think about the money I spent on this hotel). Yet, well, it's a bit embarrassing, the toilet seat didn't stay up and I need to hold it acrobatically every time I need to do my "number one." I asked the lovely, handsome staff member Billy to ask the staff to fix it, but the seat has never been fixed. I was too embarrassed to ask again.

This is a perfectly serviceable 2.5 star hotel. The amenities include free chilled filtered water. The room that we stayed in was fine, a bit small, but we all we wanted was a bed, blanked, four walls, a roof and bathroom which club quarters provided. The real draw is the central location which is super convenient. It’s no more than a five minute walk to the train lines and from there you can get pretty much anywhere. I would happily stay here again. Make no mistake this is not a luxury hotel by any stretch, as with everything you get what you pay for.

Entrance of hotel seemed to be under construction. You walk in and it is self service to ge the key, except the system didn’t find our reservation. So a staff member had to help with that and then told us to continue the self check in. Room is small and old facilities. Walls are very thin as we heard our neighbors doing the deed. Only good thing about the hotel was the location.
