★★★★★I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Chicago on two occasions and on both instances the team and the facilities at the hotel were simply fantastic. The second time I was even treated to an upgrade to an executive corner suite with fantastic view over the lakes. The rooms are beautifully appointed and large, even the regular guest rooms. A particular highlight was breakfast: the choice of food and drinks was very good but in particular the team was exceptionally kind, especially Eve. I had a Jasmine tea and was always offered the option of having additional hot water to have the ability to enjoy more tea and avoid that it gets too strong. Michelle from the concierge team helped organize a dinner at RPM Seafood at short notice -- it was fantastic, highly recommendable place, we had a great night out. The gym is reasonably well equipped, certainly for a hotel gym, and provides towels and water, which is very convenient. Perhaps in terms of equipment, when the time comes, it could offer a bit more variety. The location of the Four Seasons is super convenient, just off the Magnificent Mile and around the corner from a range up upmarket stores on N Rush. Overall an excellent spot in Chicago, definitely one to return to.

★★★★★The overall experience was superb. The hotel location is great, with amazing shopping and food in walking distance. The facility is in excellent shape and very luxurious. The service all around is definitely ‘four-seasons’ worthy. The crew in the bar is entertaining and fun. From the 2nd day of stay we were already greeted by name in the different areas.|Finally, the concierge was extremely helpful with massage appointments and restaurant recommendations and booking.|Just a great and fun experience all around.

★★★★★A well run and friendly hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of Lake Michigan and the skyline. We always love our breakfast and the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. The wait staff are just the best. So efficient and friendly. |Since we drive the doorman and valet are incredibly welcoming. It’s like returning to an old “friend”.

★★★★★Four Seasons Chicago is exceptional in their detail to perfection and accommodating guests. We are from Naperville and we stay at Four Seasons Chicago almost every month because we enjoy that Chicago area, 900 North and the Four Seasons atmosphere, the people, staff and extravagance. | The Social Area is a great wind down time for us to sit back and have cocktails and food. | There is a Delaware St entrance but also a 6th floor 900 North entrance.|If weather is an issue you have 900 North indoor access and to walk around 900 Norh|The indoor Swimming pool is amazing as well as the Fitness Center.|This is truly a 5 Star Hotel and Staff.| We bring our granddaughters here several times a year.. they have Kids Amenities and the pool is large.. kids an families have a good time.

★★★★★Excellent hotel and service in a great location!||We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our children’s back to back birthdays. The Lakeview suite had plenty of room and views that were incredible, even in February when the weather was cold, but provided a beautiful backdrop to enjoy while we were in the city.||The hotel staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to welcome our family and our children enjoyed the “treasure chest” where they could select a toy at check in, as well as receive a passport book to participate in a scavenger hunt during their stay.||We had a group of friends visit one evening and utilized the bar in the lobby - Service was great and the drinks were too. ||The gym and spa areas were newly renovated and offered a good amount of options for both cardio and weight equipment. The pool area was also fantastic.||The location was also great and we walked to restaurants each night as well as plenty of shopping options all within walking distance during the day. ||Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to when we can visit from California again.

★★★★★This place never disappoints! I have stayed here dozens of times. It is ideally located; the accommodations are top notch; and the service is the consistently the best I have ever received when visiting Chicago! Specifically, the concierge group (Karen Farmer) goes above and beyond - regardless if I am hosting business colleagues, vacationing with my kids, or having a romantic getaway with my girlfriend - they help plan my stays to be amazing! The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is the best option for a luxury hotel in downtown Chicago!

NillWe stayed thursday-sunday for my birthday. This hotel is beautiful! Upon checking into the room, they brought me chocolate cake for my birthday. Very nice touch! They have a wonderful art collection displayed throughout the property. The bar/food at adorn is great. Try the special old fashioned! The location of the property is great and in a very trendy area. We want to come back and enjoy it when the weather gets warmer.

NillDisappointing Stay – Not Worthy of 5 Stars Our experience at the Four Seasons Chicago was very underwhelming. Overall, this felt like an average hotel, not the five-star experience we expected. While the staff was nice, the service and overall quality simply weren’t impressive. One of the biggest issues was the service. We ordered takeout from a local restaurant, but they forgot to include utensils. When we requested some from room service, it took an outrageous 45 minutes for them to arrive, and we were then charged an absurd $125 for them. Hoping for a fun experience for our child, we visited the hotel’s “kids’ room,” which turned out to be completely disappointing and poorly maintained. The space was more suited for babies, aside from a single large TV with video games. The moment we walked in, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of rotten fruit. A baby bottle filled with old milk was lying on the floor, and the bathroom was a disaster—dirty diapers were scattered everywhere, making the entire area smell like baby waste. It was clear this space was not being properly cleaned or maintained. We left immediately and made sure to wash our hands after being in such an unsanitary environment. To make matters worse, the room itself was much smaller than expected. The photos online were incredibly misleading, making the space appear much larger than it actually was. When booking, the concierge assured my husband that the king bed would comfortably fit both of us and our six-year-old child, but this was completely untrue. It was so cramped and uncomfortable that we ended up leaving at 2 AM to go home—ruining what was supposed to be a special birthday weekend for our daughter. Had we been given accurate information, we would have booked a room with two double beds instead. Even something as simple as watching TV was frustrating. The TV kept buffering every couple of minutes, making it nearly impossible to watch anything without constant interruptions. You would think that at a five-star hotel, they would have decent internet capable of accommodating guests trying to watch TV. Instead, it felt like they couldn’t handle basic streaming, which added to the overall disappointment of our stay. While the staff was friendly, it didn’t make up for the misleading advertising, poor service, and lack of cleanliness. For the price and reputation, we expected far more. Unfortunately, this was not impressive, and we will not be staying here again.
