Absolutely no complaints about our stay at this hotel. A total of 4 days in a suite with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. Right from the first day at check-in everyone was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and in great repair. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I’m not sure I will ever be back to cedar rapids, but if I do come back, I will definitely stay here. Thank you to Alex for the warm welcome after a long drive.

Brought the whole family, we were lucky to get adjoining rooms. Rooms are clean, even had table and couch in ours. Great hot breakfast, nice pool, staff is helpful and kind. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional Service and Comfort During Our Stay My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 10 nights while my son underwent knee surgery. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff and promptly settled into a comfortable room that met all our needs. The service was truly outstanding throughout our stay. After my son’s surgery, the manager kindly offered us a wheelchair, which was provided to us for the entirety of our visit. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference. The hotel offers a convenient kitchenette in each room, complete with a small table-top stove, which allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. Fresh towels were delivered to our room daily, and the housekeeping team ensured our beds were made every other day. We were continually impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk team to the cleaning crew, as well as the ladies who served breakfast each morning. Their eagerness to assist and their exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the hotel features a gym and on-site laundry facilities, making it even more convenient for extended stays. We would like to extend a special thank you to Alex, Laura, Robert, Jennifer, Burt, Emily and the 4th floor cleaning staff as well as the rest of the staff, for their kindness and professionalism. Our experience here was truly memorable, and we are grateful for the comfort and support provided during our stay.

Amazing place to stay don’t get my wrong but absolutely not the greatest stay I’ve had, my fiance and I had checked in at 3 and turned around and left to go to the bowling tournament as we were their we received a call saying someone reported a noise complaint mind you we are not there so it wasn’t us, proceeds to ask us if anyone is in our room and their isn’t so the lady said she guesses that she’s gotta start knocking on the doors, we get back to the hotel at 8:30 sat down in the lobby for a while and then went and laid down in our room. 1:30 in the morning rolls around and we received a knock on our door by a gentleman telling us that we had another noise complaint from a regular that always stays mind you we are laying in bed sleeping so that is very upsetting. But the place is amazing like I said but the accusations are unreal. I asked for a different room so these “complaints” would stop the guy was very defensive and kinda rude but I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. And I’ll let my fellow people know, the lady that worked Sunday morning shift she was absolutely amazing and the most respectful person ever she deserves a raise!!

This is our second time staying at this location in Cedar Rapids for a volleyball tournament. Both experiences has been phenomenal. We are really lucky to have a great housekeeper on our floor,Brandy. Complementary Breakfast was hot and fresh with a really good Different variety, which was really Good. The gal that checked Us in after lunch on Wednesday, November 20 was extremely nice and super helpful as well. These rooms are massive so if you have a family, this is the place to stay

Love the location, clean and newer hotel. Staff were mediocre and not the best at keeping things stocked. Barely had enough waffle batter for 1 by the time 8a rolled around and while the coffee was fresh in the morning, we had to ask for the cups and condiments to be refilled both mornings of our stay. Overall a good stay but definitely room for improvements.

Front desk was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was better than I had imagined! It was very clean & immaculate! My great grand children came and spent a morning in the pool and it was just as spotless and well cared for as the room. Will definitely stay again!

Alex & Laura and all staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay, will be returning here for all Cedar Rapids visits in the future.
