NillUmmmm.... why? Toilet seat was broke, long black hairs folded into the towels... correction ONE TOWEL IN THE ROOM..., stains on the beds, weird odors in the hall, parking lot was not well lit, room doors are beat to hell. It's like they just don't give a bugs butt about their facility. It was one of the only places available during State Wrestling, so we booked it.... not a convenient location at all. Should have just kept looking. When we packed up to leave, the front end guy was mopping the lobby at 7:15 am.... not a great time to decide to slick up your floor for guest that are heading out the door.

NillOh, where to start. I booked this for a Valentine's Day weekend with my wife. Booked it through the Wyndham app, and all the pictures looked amazing. Pull up and almost immediately something felt off. The more I looked at the place, the less I wanted to stay. That's when I noticed the broken window on the first floor. I should've known then to just leave. As we're waiting to check in, I notice the "Pet free facility" sign and the strong smell of ammonia. While waiting in line, a dog runs down the stairs and runs right up to me. I'm fine with animals, but something ain't right here. Then the concierge goes, "I was wondering if he escaped, but mom's following." Strange that the staff can't follow the rules. As we check in, the lady says she used the wrong credit card reader and that they do both the check-ins for the Baymont and the Super 8. I guess the buildings are connected? I have no clue. We get up to our room, and it does not feel safe or clean. My wife pulled out the desk chair, and there's stains on it. Suspicious stains on it. As we start really looking around the room, more and more stuff does not look clean. There's a stain in the carpet, writing on the wall, stains on the pillows, grime on the sink, stains on the ceiling, screws holding the bathroom door together, and blood splatter on the bathroom wall and the door of the bathroom?? Nothing about this felt comfortable. Not even 15 minutes there, and we decided to cut our losses and get a new room elsewhere. I asked if I could get a refund, and the lady said, "Sorry, I'm not authorized to give refunds since I'm not a manager." Why is there not a manager able to give refunds at all times? Too many sketchy things about this place. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

NillI checked in at Baymont because the Super8 has a notice stating they are short staffed. After 6 1/2 hrs of driving the fresh air and walk from the back to front was refreshing. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. Had to walk 1/4 mile to QT for cash. This facility doesn't except EFS MC Corporate Fleet cards. Has to be exact change. They are not able to make change. This is an older facility. The room I used, while showing signs of age and use was relatively clean, warm, and stocked for my brief respite.

NillThis was a TERRIBLE idea to stay here. To start the check in process was a pain. They saidy reservation got cancelled when I had paid for it and showed the proof and it was never cancelled. The rooms being DISGUSTING, not cleaned at all, the terrible smell of smoking of all sorts, shower was dirty, mice were in our room, breakfast never got restocked so my little ones were mad they couldn't eat anything but a mini yogurt. The hard boiled eggs were RUBBER so they couldn't even attempt those. The tweakers here made it obvious as to why it is the way it is. Also they only change the sheets and pillows cases every 3 days no matter guests changing or not. GROSSSS Overall terrible experience. Had an employee tell me she's been there for two months and hadn't been paid once because the checks keep bouncing. I can see why, this place needs closed for a remodel or just close in general. Rave to the worker who checked me in, she was the sweetest ever.

NillIf you are looking for a nice place to stay, don't attempt this place. I am surprised that Wyndham even advertised this place. I did not feel safe during my day. My door looked like someone tried to bash it in. To feel a bit safer I jammed a coat hanger on the door knob. The room was dirty, carpets were not vacuumed ANYWHERE! Hallways were littered with garbage. The windows on the outside of the building were all smeary. I did not want to try breakfast! I think a health inspection is due for this place. NEVER AGAIN.

NillOmg do not stay here. They charged our room as soon as we checked in. We got to the room, no towels, no toilet paper, light shade shattered, refrigerator not working toilet seat broke, the curtain is ripped, pool is not heated, the room stinks. So disappointed. Horrible experience.

NillI stayed here in September and it does not appear from reviews anything has improved after I made complaints to the hotel and Wyndham. I can't imagine why this place gets nearly 3 stars. I've never seen a property more derelict, filthy or unsafe than this. Weeds, trash everywhere, grime ground into walls and floors. Disabled vehicles in parking lot. I was in a building separate from the lobby and my chain lock and deadbolt were broken. Bathroom fixtures were broken and mirror was smeared with dirt. TV broken despite desk staff insisting that all TV's in the building worked. Maintenance staff (who was nice) could not fix it. It wasn't even that cheap, there were less expensive options in the area and I picked this one because Baymonts tend to be decent budget hotels. The only thing going for this place is ease of access from the freeway. Area itself is transitioning industrial park with a strip club out back. Spend another $20 and go somewhere else!

★★★★★Positive: This hotel was a good value for the price. Negative: Our room did ot have any towels or washcloths in the room. Also, I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was closed and was not advertised as such. I would have found another place to stay if I would have known this.
