I had an excellent stay at here! The quality of service was top-notch—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They truly made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I will never come back to this property. First, the clerk tried to charge me a pet fee for my service dog. When I informed him that was against the law, he had to call his manager to verify that. So, the staff is under trained and uneducated on the A.D.A. Second, the first room I was assigned was absolutely disgusting. I've posted pictures of the room. When I showed the pictures to the clerk he assigned me another room which was clean, but I was so grossed out by the first room that I slept in my clothes on top of the bedding. In the morning I did not partake of the breakfast because there was a foul stench in the downstairs hallway near the breakfast area. I relayed all of this and shared the photos with Choice privileges customer support (I've been a gold member for almost a decade). Customer support gave me 12,000 reward points as compensation for my experience. That's worth about 1.5 nights in a lower end Choice Hotels property, and about 0.25 to 0.5 nights in one of their higher end properties. The compensation is reasonable but not generous. Overall, I've been happy with my Choice Hotels experiences, but this was not one of them. I'll certainly consider using a different membership program/card in the future if there are similar priced options nearby. As far as this particular property is concerned, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone other than cockroaches and termites.

Unprofessional and disrespectful staff, atrocious customer service, uncleanly room (with roaches) and disorderly guests that disturbed our peace. Management refuses to reply to an email from a third party simply saying I should be compensated. I’ve called to remind them to reply on multiple occasions and now they say I am harassing them. Do not book here. Cheaper, tidier, and all around more convenient options on NE 14th or by the airport.

Stayed here for a couple of nights so I could attend a convention down town, the service was quick they kept my room clean and I have been here before they are under new management. The new management was great, friendly and customer orientated. I would review staying here and it’s easy access to the road/ interstate so if you’re in a hurry you can really make an efficient road trip like I did!

The rooms were clean and stocked and the pool was warm. My husband loves being able to have his coffee in the morning as well

Positive: The bed was excellent. Negative: The location is horrible and doesn't have sound proof windows, plus the clock face was broken, they tried to seal a window leak with tape and the shower curtain was ripped.

Do not stay at this hotel! Scam Alert!! I booked a 1 bedroom non-smokin through Travelocity for one night, as I was just passing through. I checked in about 8pm, received my keys and went up stairs to make sure the keys worked, use the restroom and was gone within 5 mins. I returned to my room about 230am, got ready for bed and went to sleep. Checked out of my room at 830 am. A day later I check my bank statement and noticed two charges for $250 and the room was only $57. One $250 was pending refund. I called the hotel and was told by an employee who would not give his name that I was charged for tampering with the smoke detector. I advised I don't smoke which is why I ask for non smoking, and have a medical condition in which smoking would be detrimental to my health. I did notice at 3 am once I laid down that the smoke detector was hanging but it was an old dainty room that smelled like old carpets and thought it just wasn't working. I asked to speak to the manager he told me the manager was asleep and would call me by 2 pm. About 230pm I called back after not receiving a call. The manager answered and told me that I tampered with the smoke detector he was not refunding my money , that he also charged the neighboring room because they did the same thing. I advised that I don't know those people so that has nothing to do with me. Y'all have hanging and broken smoke detectors in the rooms and charging people bills bc their are no cameras. I asked him calmly to refund my money minus the room fee of course and please provide corporate number. He told me no he was not refunding money and I can Google corporate myself. He would not give me his name and hung up on me. I had already reached my destination in another state and couldn't go back their. I will never stay there again. Please take the time to check your rooms if you plan to stay at this shady inn. I did call "Corporate" which is Choice Hotels and filed a complaint although they agreed with me they advised that the General Manager of the hotel has to review the issue and process my refund as they don't do billing. Just a terrible experience all around with Quality Inn.

Don’t use your debit card here, they will steal money from your account after you check out. They charged me $50 twice stating it was the pet fee for my service dog which they aren’t legally allowed to charge. This is how businesses get sued. Then when trying to call them for the second time in regards to this issue, they ghost my call until I call from another number. Be wary of doing business with this company, they will scam you
