Wow.. where do I start... 2 rooms keys, only one worked, the hallways and stairs look like they never been vaccum, make sure you shower very well before you come here cause the our tub wouldn't drain, so I was standing in my own bath water, front staff unprofessional and using inappropriate words around guest, bathroom fixtures falling apart. I recommend staying elsewhere, even if your a Marriott member, not worth it... Also if you have kids... dont expect the pool to be open

Positive: "" Negative: i had stayed at the hotel a few days prior - that experience was 10/10. the room was clean, updated, well kept. service was exceptional.this stay, the room was very outdated, dirty, paint coming off the trim. staff was not as friendly.

Friendly staff, I had a few requests during my stay and all were tended to. They even came in and fixed a light while I was out. The gentleman that was serving breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an odd stain on the bed cover and one pillowcase was not bright white like the rest. But those are minor complaints that I did not bring up during my stay.

Filthy room with visible dog urine on the wall. Tried to charge 350$ for 1 night stay. Long story short, I booked on the phone and asked before giving my credit card how much the total was going to be. I was told $283. Check in and go to the room and it’s disgusting. Literally dried dog pee on the wall. I was traveling with pets so I understand that we had to be in a pet room, but that is not okay. There were also room rates posted on the door that seemed very high . I went out to the lobby to double check the price and tell them about the condition of the room. They told me it’s going to be 350$ after taxes, fees, and pet fee. They did not offer a different room and refused to go look at the room. I told them I would like a refund. They said that the best they can do is 50% refund. We left a voicemail with the main manager and she called back the next day and had the nerve to call me a liar, saying that she went into the room in the morning (14 hours later) and it was perfectly clean aside from “a small coffee stain.” Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

I booked this specifically for the EV chargers, which despite having the correct (j1772) connectors, only will work with Teslas. I paid significantly more for the convenience of the EV chargers and it is not advertised anywhere that the hotel only has Tesla chargers. Very disappointed as I'll now have to go out of my way for a working charger. Room was perfectly fine.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all welcoming and friendly! The bedding was so clean and comfortable and I appreciated the AC in each room. The kitchen and dining area were great for our family of 4 and the suite felt spacious. I also enjoyed the shower products as they smelled great.

If I could give this place and its staff 0 stars, I would. Absolutely, hands down the least hospitable staff I’ve ever dealt with. They lied about the rate of the room and when we called them on it they didn’t care. There was dog pee all over the walls and the front desk folks and Ali, the sales manager, refused to go look at it. They didn’t offer us a different room so we decided to stay elsewhere. They were only willing to give us 1/2 of our money back which is insane. I talked with the gm, Becky, the next day and she doubled down on this ridiculous attitude and behavior. This hotel is run and managed by the worst staff ever. Don’t start under any circumstances. Can’t believe this is a Marriott

This TownePlace location was decent but not remarkable on our recent cross country trip. We had to wait a surprisingly long time to check in (no one was at the front desk) and the location is okay at best. The rooms themselves were fine if not a bit dated. Definitely clean though. Not a bad option if you're looking for a Marriott property.
