Annabell Gardens

After years of loyalty to Marriott, this hotel won me over. It actually feels like home — with a real kitchen, laundry, and space to truly relax. The property is stunning, the outdoor pool and seating areas are perfect, and you’re surrounded by shopping, dining, and coffee galore. The staff is incredible and the breakfast is seriously impressive. We do a lot of extended stays in Lincoln for work, and Ty (Director of Sales) was amazing in setting up an account to make everything easy and seamless for me and my trainees. I’m officially converted!

We recently took a trip from MN to Denver, and we needed to book a room for a stop midway back home. We wanted a spacious room with an outdoor space, so we took a chance on this hotel. We are very happy that we did, as everything about this hotel and our stay was unexpectedly awesome. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. We had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 comfortable beds, and a patio. The free breakfast was quite good, and there’s lots of dining options nearby. We loved this place so much that we have already booked it for another trip this summer. If you are considering staying at this property, I suggest that you decide to stay at this hidden gem.

It's very close to St.Elizabeth hospital in Lincoln. They give discount to a family member of a patient there. Our room had a kitchenette, TV couch, washer & dryer free & 2 very comfortable queen beds. The room was very clean. Outdoor pool & inside hot tub. For the price it was an excellent value. To start off, we pulled up to what looked like an apartment complex. We were thinking this was going to be a good stay. My wife was the one who booked this so she went in to check in. It was around 5 pm and the clerk that checked us in was higher than the empire state building. He was bobbing and weaving and it took at least 15 minutes to get checked in. We went to our room which I will say was very nice. My wife booked the jacuzzi tub but its not what you think. Its one of the walk in ones that took forever to fill and then leaked. Dissappointing but not the end of the world. The bed was comfortable and overall was a nice place. The reason it gets 1 star is because my wife is a smoker and she has always smoked outside. She took a can out with her so put her cigarette butts in and the next morning when we were cleaning up she brought the can inside and threw it in the trash so that we weren't leaving trash around. We checked out and thought it was good but when my wife looked at her credit card statement she was billed 250 dollar smoking fee. She called to dispute the charge and was told the room "reeked" of smoke and that was their final decision. This is exremely disappointing because we had talked about staying here again that night and even the next day the next time we were in Lincoln. Just a very unpleasant experience because of this.

​Annabell Gardens is welcoming and comfortable, and they'll do whatever they can to make you feel at home. The hotel features spacious suites equipped with full kitchens. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, and the hotel also provides fun perks like free slushies, cappuccino, and ice cream. 5-star service from the friendliest staff!

What a nice hotel, truly like a home away from home. Very clean, updated rooms and I loved the full kitchen and washer & dryer in each room. The complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa available all day/night was an added bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were nice. Location was nice. I thought it was all great until my son broke a tv and we were asked to leave. He is special needs and I was told them right away. I don’t believe an establishment should welcome long term guests that include children and dogs if they aren’t understanding of life happenings. Deposits alone should have this covered. Honesty doesn’t make the best policy here.

Rooms are nice besides the beds are well used with divets from previous bodies laying in them and the pillows are rock hard. Make sure you lock your valuables and medication up as my medication, including my controlled substances, could not be found after I had left them in the drawer. Would not trust the staff with leaving anything of value in the room. Will not be back. My trust has been severed with them. Update: Correct, they were not taken during my stay but “were not found” in the room after I had checked out. Not sure how three prescription bottles would not be found in a drawer but either you have dishonest staff or they are not doing a good job of cleaning…. My room was clean, so probably the first one. Again, lock up your medications and valuables or be sure to take them with you when you’re not there because the staff obviously have no problem stealing and will do it again.
