NillI booked 2 rooms using the 1-800 number and when I got to the Hotel we had issues getting the rooms. Shane Walker who was working at the front desk was absolutely amazing at helping us get the issues resolved. I had called the office and talked with Stacy Hogner who also helped make the situation better. These 2 employees are the reason I will continue to use this Hilton Hotel and recommend them to others as well. Thank you for all your help.

NillWas not a good experience at all. Worse service ever! First, we called to see if we could get a room on Thursday (we were booked for Friday and Saturday nights) but decided to meet a day sooner to see family. It was a mess for sure trying to get a reservation by actually talking to the propertys front desk. Front desk staff blamed the confusion on Hotels.com. But we were actually talking to check in staff, so we knew they were lying to us!! Needless to say, we stayed at another hotel alofts. They were excellent at check-in and getting us extra pool towels. That is an amazing property. Would recommend that hotel for sure. But know they had a pay to order breakfast. Coffee free. So Friday we head to Home 2Home we were early and played cards in the lobby. Others were given rooms, but ours wasn't ready yet. No big deal. We get to our room and request another pillow and blanket. I slept on the floor as there was no rollaway. I waited several hours, then went back down to the lobby and was told there were no extra blankets and laundry was gone for the night!! I asked if one could be taken from an unrented room. Was told that would make that unused room unusable to Hilton standard. I did try to take a couch accent pillow, but they made me leave it. I truly thought about sleeping in the lobby. We snuck out a yoga mat from the workout room for me to sleep on and returned it Sunday morning. Food is very subpar. At breakfast on Friday, a broken machine to pour out our waffle mix so no waffles. No food all empty and a mess. Yes , we were there still over an hour for breakfast. The front desk guy said that was what we got. But he did get me a blanet. Saturday, the kitchen put a ladle to dip out waffle mix. The lid was open to the mix, and we were to ladle out mix..unsanitary as everyone's hands were in it. They only 2 have luggcarts to bring in luggage on, and one was being by a guy setting up a new TV programing. Guess old system out new one in. Ended up carrying all the luggage up to 3rd floor. These rooms were set up for extended stays. With a full fridge , microwave wave, and a dish washer. It was not set up well for a wheelchair but outside doors did open automatically and had an elevator to get upstairs. Did not use pool or hot tub, so cannot talk about that. It's location was great but can assure I will not waste my money on home 2 home again. The alofts was just 3 minutes away and you could see home 2 home from there much better at everything.

NillThis was a great place to stay. It was updated and clean and had many amenities. The room was cozy (I’ve never felt a hotel room was cozy!) and the service was great.

NillI would have provided a higher rating but the hotel only refunded us partial amount for the deposit, until I called. They said it was a mistake. I’ve booked many hotels and this was a first. Overall, good location and free breakfast was a perk.

NillAll staff were very friendly, especially Daniel who checked us in. It was a busy weekend and he was able to get us some things we needed and quickly. We were upgraded and ended up with a spacious room that had separate bedroom from living room which was wonderful with our children. Everything was very clean! Pool area was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again. Our expectations were exceeded for this stay!

NillMy initial impression was the room looks very nice. The bathroom looked well maintained and the bed wasn't as hard as a rock. However, problems started within the first 5 minutes. Went to go into the bathroom and I had to take a second to find the door. It was a pocket door pushed all the way into the wall. After a moment I figured out the little hook flips up to pull the door out of the wall space, but there is minimal handles. Was able to slide it closed and messed with the tiny little knob to lock the door. Then, when I went to unlock the door, I couldn't get it to unlatch no matter how I turned the knob or pushed on the door. My wife had to go downstairs to get the front desk lady as I was trapped. I continued to mess with the door and it was only after reaching under the door and forcefully pushing up and to the side it finally popped open, only mere seconds before they arrived back. The response from the front desk lady was "oh, I don't think anybody actually locks the door." After she left, I looked over the door and saw visible marks where it had been pryed open before and had been altered at least once. The following morning, my wife got locked in the bathroom and she didn't touch the knob... it fell into the locked position on its own. Using up and over force, I was able to pop it open again. Then I stuffed paper towel into the latch slot to keep it from locking. Turning the knob with the door open only drops the lock hook, but nothing catches when you try to unlock it. Later that night, the walls seemed thin as paper as it sounded like horses walking across the room above me. The air conditioner was rather noisy and the room seemed to alternate between cold and hot / stuffy until I finally set the fan for always on. Upon returning to the room the next afternoon, there was a strong smell of pot coming from the front of the room between the kitchen and the adjoining room door. The front desk guy's response was "well, is it so strong you can't stand it?" We asked him to come up and check, which he didn't want to do. When we got back to the room, the smell was stronger (and this is supposed to be a 100% no smoking property). Thinking he wasn't coming up, I turned the air on full blast to try and move the air, which did start to help. Then after several minutes, the front desk guy was at our door. He came in, checked, couldn't smell it (since I already tried to clear it out). They were apparently booked up, so we couldn't move to another room. Our choices were to stick it out or he could call a sister property across the street to see if they had availability. There is nobody at the front desk after 11pm, and the front doors stay unlocked all night. At least the area seemed decent and not too sketchy. Oh, and they have the closest spot to the door reserved for their Diamond member club, taking away a handicapped parking space, which caused my disabled wife to have to park further away as all the other disabled spots were taken.

NillUpon arrival, my initial assessment was that the room was super cute and spacious and I was happy that pets were welcomed and well cared for!! Even though I wasn’t traveling with a pet, I noted it for future visits. That said, the size of the room and the sweet attention to pets was erased pretty quickly when the last thing one can do in these rooms is get some sleep. I have stayed at many hotels over years of frequent trips for both work and pleasure. I can sleep through sirens and honking in midtown Manhattan and I can sleep through wedding parties and when high school sporting teams take over a floor. My favorite hotel is on the runway at JFK!!! I am not sure I even got a full hour sleep in the two nights I stayed at this hotel. It started with some sort of gurgling that sounded like it was coming from a wounded animal. It wasn’t consistent and it was mystery to track down but it was loud enough to make it impossible to even close my eyes. I was scared to get out of bed to go look. When I finally tip toed over to the area I thought it was coming from, I discovered it was coming from the refrigerator (which was completely empty). I should have been able to relax after discovering the source, except the bed was so close to the air conditioner!! The air turned on about every 25 minutes, pushed out the sounds of a helicopter landing on my bed and turned the room into an ice box, only to clunk off for the next 20 minutes which allowed the room to quickly escalate into a melting pot. That nights lack of sleep caused me to fight through a full day of training, only to come back hoping that my exhaustion would allow me to sleep though the sound effects. Giving in to the night sweats followed by ice baths, I crashed on the bed and turned off the TV- which I had been using to muffle the garage band of sounds from the room. I instantly felt guilty for having the TV so loud because the second I turned it off, I could hear, every single word coming from the room next door. I had to turn on my light to make sure they hadn’t come through the adjoining door, it was so clear, it sounded like they had entered my room!! Things quieted down at about midnight, so I thought maybe they were going to sleep. Well, I was sure wrong about that! They were just getting ready for a full night of intimate activities. Which they should have been able to experience without an audience. I originally planned on writing this review just to let others know that if your goal is to sleep while traveling to Omaha West, there are better places to get some rest. But then I made the mistake of leaving my pillows at the hotel, as I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I called them in the afternoon, with the hope that I could pick them up before I left town. The person who answered was the rudest hotel host I have ever encountered in years of travel! I promise, I came into the call, over the top nice, because I really wanted my pillows back. Just a few of the highlights: 1) We aren’t even going to clean that room until tomorrow 2) No I can’t go check on your pillows 3) You’ll have to call back sometime tomorrow but I don’t know when they will get to it 4) I’m not here tomorrow so no I can’t call you if they find it 5) You’ll have to pay to have them shipped to you (I didn’t want them shipped I wanted to come get them) - you’ll probably have to pay for use to keep them for you. Oddly enough they didn’t find them even though I told them exactly where they were! There is no worse customer experience than telling someone it’s on them to call back another day. You’re in the hospitality business. I will NEVER stay there again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid. I am in Omaha every other week for training and will gladly stay across the parking lot instead. What a shame that customer experience isn’t a priority. With a name like Home2Suites, you would expect a better nights sleep. I usually go out of my way to post great reviews but I want people to know that is not a hotel where you will find sleep.

NillI hope who ever is the manager can read this I want you to know your night supervisor is very rude. He talks very loud and aggressive on the phone with your customers! He was absolutely rude and was telling me that I’m irrelevant just because I called to ask what my room number was ? I am all the way out here in Wyoming and my brother is staying in Madonna therpy I haven’t been at the hotel in over a week and left the key with my brother he does not speak English and needed help because he didn’t no why the key wasn’t working so when I called to get help the supervisor was telling me that I’m a random person calling and that I’m irrelevant and why didn’t my brother go down there and get a key from him which was totally fine for my brother to do so the only problem my brother can’t talk to him because he doesn’t speak English that’s why I was calling to help plus the room is under my name and you guys have my bank info so I don’t understand how I’m a random person calling I have been in your system for over a week. The hotel is beautiful very clean and great breakfast just sucks that a beautiful hotel like yours has a piece of trash representing it and talking rude to people over the phone when all I needed was help. I hope one day his poor attitude gets him fired people don’t deserve to get treated like that.
