Staybridge Suites Omaha West by IHG

We stayed here on a Saturday night so the rooms were a little noisy. The rooms were clean. We stayed in a room with a living room area and a separate bedroom. The rooms were a little cramped (walking into the bedroom, you walk right into the bed). But that wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was great! The Breakfast workers made the area clean, well stocked, and lots of variety. The elevator needs some repairs. It rumbles when going up like an amusement part ride.

My family and I were moving to Omaha and we decided to stay with Staybridge. We are so glad we did, the staff was great and very accommodating. They had snacks for our pet, social hours were a great way to meet people. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff gave our girls treats and things to do like a huge coloring sheet of paper! We stayed for over 30 days the staff went above and beyond we were sad to leave. I would recommend this place anytime.

The room was wonderful, I had requested the top floor and they checked if anything was available and it was so It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, and so convenient not to have to go out for breakfast. All of the staff were so accommodating and helpful.

We stayed for a total of 12 nights and it was great...didn't feel like it was a hotel as we had a great space with a very comfortable living room area and kitchen. Would stay here again with no question. Staff was great and created a fun environment with happy hours on M-T-W!

Arrived late in the evening on a business trip without reservations and needed 3 rooms. Front desk clerk could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast staff and desk clerk at checkout were also very friendly. Breakfast quality surpasses pricier hotel options. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are up to date and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was always happy to see us & very friendly & helpful. When we wanted more coffee for our room, they accommodated us gladly. The ladies at breakfast were on top of it, food was fresh, more bacon would have been nice, they were so nice. They had a nice breakfast and different every day, kept it clean too. Thanks for a good stay.

This is by far was my best stay and experience ever. Everyone at this hotel was 15 out of 10. From management to staff, house keepers, maintenance,,,,, etc. nicest staff ever. They would go out of their way to accommodate anything you ask for. I don’t want to name some and forget some. 100% of the staff is amazing. Definitely my choice of stay whenever I’m in Omaha.

The front desk staff were so friendly for helpful. No need was considered too small and never felt like I was a bother or inconvenience to them. The room was very nice and comfortable and where I was, it was very quiet. Was great to have the use of a kitchenette complete with dishes, refrigerator, microwave, etc. It was very spacious and like an efficiency apartment. The only concern I had was regarding the bathtub. It had a very smooth surface and my foot slid once. There should be some grip strips in the bottom to prevent injury.
