Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha/West Dodge

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. It was filthy. We arrived very late and were leaving early as I had sick family in the hospital and I pre-paid my room. Thankfully the sheets were clean enough for a few hours. However, socks and shoes stayed on. There were stains on the chairs and hair in the washcloth, stains on the walls in the bathroom and a burn on the comforter. The receptionist was kind and was honest ahead of time in telling us the breakfast was terrible. I could hear several people arguing, and a child hollering as we went to sleep. Super 8 hotels I've stayed in in the past weren't premium by any means but never this awful. I usually find this brand as a decent quality lower cost option, this was an awful disappointment during a rough time for my family.

If you are on the road for work and need a place to sleep, for cheap, this works. On a family trip, maybe not so much. Location, not sure. Was there to sleep, didn't explore anywhere. But the room, the bed must have been decent, I fell asleep trying to find something to eat from doordash. The heater in my room was loud and sounded like parts were falling off when it turned off. The shower, it had a handheld and attached shower head. I tried using the handheld, the whole head turned, trying to change it. So I twisted it tight. Got it to change, to find out the handheld didn't work. Soni put it back to the attached head. Tried to change the water stream. The shower head twisted off. Turned the water off to put it back on. The tub itself, looked like it belonged to a single man who done concrete for a living and hadn't cleaned it in 6 months. The front desk, the guy that checked me in was decent. But in the morning, the blue haired dude was too busy on his phone to pay any attention to anybody in the loby.

I have a heart monitor inside my chest, I medically can not smoke, drink, or do drugs and that's been ever since I have been 4 years old, and when I went to checkout I was told that I wouldn't get my deposit back because I was smoking in the room and that they had pictures of a cigarette butt and ashes in the trash can, I demanded they show me and take me to the room, and when they did there was no ashes or cigarette butt and the room wasn't smokey nor did it smell like smoke and when I brought all this to their attention, I got threatened by staff with the they were going to call the cops to verify, which I told them to call the cops let's go to court over this because they're lying to pocket my deposit money and that's when staff told me to get the hell out of their hotel that they don't need a reason to keep deposits. This is not right as four guest that stay there for housing told me that they always say people were smoking in the room and keeping the deposits even when they didn't smoke in rooms! Something needs to be done about this

Staff wise Keep Monica she’s one of the most friendliest and welcoming General Managers who works the desk and gets things done for guests. Any problems or issues I talk to her at 8am when she comes in. She’s polite and professional and goes above and beyond to comfort your stay. Very comfortable room and smart tv with room and great price. My only complaint is no elevator so if you are handicapped ask for a room bottom floor and call before you book. Otherwise you might have to climb steps.

Very dirty. The site said non smoking but our room smells like smoke and dog pee. There is fecal matter on the wall in our bathroom. There is a pile of hair and dust around the bed.

Positive: Location Negative: It was filthy, our lights didn't work, there was a huge hole in our wall, the room stank, the shower was peeling, the bedspread was torn and stunk, the remote didn't work, there were stains all over the wall, the hairdryer apparatus was torn off the wall.

the moment i entered it smell like straight up crap.. then the first thing we noticed was our tv was broken and the carpets were dirty and the smelled so bad. We were about to fall asleep then we found at least FOUR TICKS in our bed…. yeah don’t recommend unless you wanna get bitten by bugs and smell like zoo crap😀 (we left during the middle of the night don’t worry)
