Quality Inn

We were visiting for a concert from out of town. The room was dirty. There were stains in the comforter. Stuff stuck on the desk and the cleaning lady advised it wouldn't come off until my boyfriend showed her it would. I took the woman's disinfectant and cleaned the bathroom myself to make sure it was ok. My boyfriend cleaned the room and we wiped all surfaces. The bed was very squeaky as well I have never been to a hotel with a metal frame. The halls, doors etc need to be painted as the paint was chipping. Went to breakfast and the juice tasted watered down. It was just not a good experience at all

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room's smoke detector kept beeping but when I mentioned it to the front desk the gentleman was quick to fix it. The bathroom fan is loud and kept humming all night along with the air conditioning/heating unit. Definitely needs to be replaced because it sounds like a jet engine which makes it difficult to sleep. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only good thing was the coffee. We had to go out for breakfast both mornings. The lobby itself isn't the most cleanest buy I am assuming it is because of the snow. I don't think I will be staying here again.

It’s a basic hotel. Good option to stay around Rochester and close to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Heating worked well. Service good and friendly. Breakfast buffet a little too basic for us. Value for money is OK with $100 for a night.

Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Very loud housekeeper that was not considerate of the possibility someone could be sleeping next to rooms being cleaned. It?s hard to find a quiet place to sleep during the day for night shift travel nurses. This should be considered. Look for door signs.

Rough, the smell of cologne in the lobby and halls used to cover up unpleasant orders is so strong I was tasting it all night. Mold and plaster failing over the shower, toilet not secured to the floor. Air conditioner not working properly. Stained bed covered with dozens of cigarette burn holes. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag!!! Assuming for previous guests smoking in room.. but how long ago? Request for a new room not possible.. completely booked. Booked two nights, left after the first sleepless night. Front desk implied getting a refund might be difficult, until I got loud..

We stayed two days and were very impressed with our room. It was clean and quiet. Great people at the desk and the breakfast items included waffles and breakfast sandwiches that you could microwave as well as the usual breads, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereals. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Arrived early and was able to check in a few hours ahead of time. The clerk suggested that I look at the room first to make sure I was satisfied prior to accepting it. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again if I visited the area in the future.

Came here for a weekend with two young girls, when booking asked for a room that I would be able to give my younger children a bath in, the hotel was cold dirty the elevator was old and unreliable, had us waiting up to 20 mins, the bed was comfy but the blankets stained with yellow pens marks all over them, peeling paint on the walls piles of dirt on the floor in the corners the whole room was lacking cleaning turned on the ac and dust started flying out along with other particles that were in there from the lack of cleaning, looked like spilled coffee on the door. on the morning of our second day I was giving my children baths when someone started pounding on my door, upon opening it had a very rude female staff member demanding to be let in to the room to see my bathroom, witch still had both of my children in it she pushed her way in to the room and than the bathroom where they were both naked bc they were in the bath and than she unplugged the water telling me that I was not allowed to plug the tub!! They even advertise on the web site that they have both shower and bathtubs nothing was said when we arrived about not being able to use the bath. Website said room would have a microwave but had none.Breakfast had a decent selection but the apple juice was more water than juice and even the orange juice was watered down, No one cleans up the area until after breakfast is done. All night long there is non stop banging, smells like cigarettes from ppl smoking in the halls, walls are thin can hear conversations from the next room over. Remnants of dead bugs on the wall they have been there for some time and even clean over as they now have a shiny appearance to them, roaches, bathroom is so small be prepared to be hit by the door if you are trying to use the toilet and have little one that like to come in. I have stayed at many choice hotels and I must say this one was a major disappointment
