SpringHill Suites Cincinnati North/Forest Park

This is a great hotel. Very clean and fairly modern. The staff during the day and is very nice and professional. The evening staff is very different. My only complaints are that they seemed very hesitant to provide more towels even though they didn't provide daily housekeeping. They also provided no information on housekeeping schedule. My room was only services once during our 4 day stay. Otherwise great stay.

From the time we arrived until the time we left, the front desk staff was very polite, nice and friendly. The staff that set up breakfast were also very nice. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this location.

Only 4 stars because none of the USB plugs in the room worked and the light switches by the door controlled nothing. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room, common areas were clean. There is a grey cat that resides behind the building. He won't bother you if you shoo him away. However, if you pet him, be prepared to continue. He decided I needed to continue petting him, so he got on the chair next to me and pushed under my arm (never used his claws). He only hangs out behind the building by the pool, never came inside.

The room was clean and my bed was comfortable I slept like a baby. The continental breakfast was delicious. The exercise room was thoroughly equipped and very clean. I like the fact that I could watch my favorite channel (Hallmark) on T. V. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The facility was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great and the location was central to surrounding sights and exhibits. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I’ve stayed at a lot including Omni in KY and this one is better. Suites are beautiful spacious and well maintained. This is a 5-star hotel at a 2-star hotel price. Even continental breakfast was included with many options. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Absolutely amazing experience.Greeeeeeeeeaaaaaattttttttt tiiiimmmmmmeeeee! Faith was very helpful and attentive to the groups needs!

As a Bonvoy member, we have stayed at Springhill Suites before in other cities. This particular one seems like it was a run-down hotel under a different brand, and was slightly remodeled to be called a Springhill. Our room smelled musty and smoky the second we opened the door. The finishes look old, the ceiling looks shady (and is low), and the floor appears old/dirty in spots. We arrived too late for me to complain to the front desk and it’s honestly not even worth it, but I would expect better from a Springhill Suites. We would not stay here again.
