Baymont by Wyndham Cincinnati

I love the professional staff each time I visit I receive clean and comfortable rooms! I have stayed in Sharonville Baymont over 10 times. Kudos! Easy check in and checkout. Attentive to my needs and if something is not approving they quickly see to making it good. The ease of being central located to convention center and are shops and restaurants. Easy access from I-75.

We have stayed here multiple times and will be staying again. The rooms are always super clean, very large spacious rooms with extra seating and even sleeper sofas in some of the rooms. The room we originally were in this trip had a clogged sink and tub and they moved us to another room without question or hesitation. Our new room has a bigger fridge with a separate freezer and has a sleeper sofa as well. So an upgrade I guess lol. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is always hot with lots of options. I really like that the windows open here for fresh air. We will be staying here again in the future and I recommend this hotel whether it be a quick trip overnight or a longer stay. I do recommend tho that u use a booking site for better deals. It's not a super cheap hotel. The only thing I would say would be that the pool isn't open but I don't swim a lot so that doesn't even bother me. They said it would be ready this summer as they are renovating the first floor currently. So they are in the process of renovating and upgrading.

The overall appearance of the hotel is rundown and dingey. The elevator was shakey and the button panel was barely attached. The floors were sticky and in some places cracked. The breakfast was bland and basic. The carpet had worn down, thread bare spots in the halls. Our bathroom sink couldn't drain at the same rate as the water flowing from the faucet. At one point I had to shut off the faucet to keep it from overflowing. The overall feel of the place was blah and dingey. The little interaction we had with staff was great though.

Do not stay here to be budget friendly. Our room had no coffee maker, no seating area, no service. There was a mixup with our rooms and was told that "there is nothing we can do". We could not get extra towels(the room came with two), no extra blankets, there was water damage all around the windows and walls. It rained so all kinds of water came through the ceiling, but there was nothing they could do. The mattress felt like it was made out of pallets. The maintenance on this building in general is very poor. It looks like a child did all the caulking and maintenance. But, the floors looked pretty.

So me and my Husband got there at 430ish Am and when we asked for a room they said I was going to have to pay again at 11 because check-in wasn't until 3pm. I at this point was exhausted because I had been at work all day and wanted to go to sleep. We paid 220 just to be in the room before 3pm and an extra 2 days On top of that we paid a 100 dollar deposit. The next day we had someone knock on the door complaining about my dog who is 8 pounds and fully potty trained who is a service animal!!!! The manager kicked us out of the hotel right then and was extremely extremely rude and would not let us even ask why we were being asked to leave and they kept our money. We were literally forced out of the door. I was completely horrified!!!!! This is the worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our flight got delayed coming from Atlanta and so we couldn’t call the hotel. Once we arrived we were told that our reservation for 4 DAYS was cancelled leaving us STRANDED at 1 AM. My family came down for a soccer tournament so I heard about some other stories from my teammates. One family found meat in their fridge and alcohol and UNDERWEAR under their bed. Another got the cops called on them because the hotel refused to give them a good room. Other families complained about how the hallways smelled like weed (there were also teenagers smoking weed down the block). Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!

Don’t waste your money here. Smelled of drugs in elevator was overwhelming. One working elevator. Pool closed but not on website or told at check in. The entire hotel had smell of drugs. Fitness area had only a couple pieces of equipment. Breakfast area had tables to set at but you had to go down a few steps but impossible for someone in a wheelchair. I would have booked elsewhere if I would have known.

Very nice room 5 star!!! Brand new room||New beds , new bathroom , new carpet very nice ||Breakfast too was nice highly recommended choosing this hotel great valve Location is great too||Everyone was modern and brand new check it out if your in the area
