NillI had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eastgate, Cincinnati, twice in late 2024, each time for over a week, and both experiences were fantastic! The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for during a longer stay. I especially appreciated the full-size fridge, microwave, and the work area with office chair. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days. The staff at the hotel is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. They were quick to respond to any requests, and their warm, professional service truly stood out. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of options, from hot items like eggs and waffles to healthier choices like oatmeal and fruit, made it easy to start each day off right. The hotel’s gym was a great perk, offering a solid selection of equipment for a good workout, even while traveling. I also took advantage of the laundry facilities, which were clean, easy to use, and convenient for longer stays. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eastgate, Cincinnati. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area!

The kitchen area has a full-sized refrigerator, dishes, a microwave, and a dishwasher, perfect for someone on a long stay. When visiting family, I would stay again.

NillBrand new hotel. Lobby, hallways and all common areas are very modern feeling. Room lay outs are in line with other Home2 Suites, everything of course is brand new. I liked the wireless charging station on the desk, first I’ve seen this at a Home2 Suites. Opted for a digital check in, but was still greeted upon arrival. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will be my go to place.

NillSuper nice place, staff was friendly, room was nice, the bed and the sofa were like laying and setting on rocks, my wife and I couldn't get a good night's rest, we both woke up several times in pain from such a hard mattress. Setting on the sofa was like setting on the sidewalk, makes for a miserable trip. Kinda ruined our day.

NillMy husband and I switched to this hotel after a disastrous night at the Doubletree in Lawrenceburg. It was refreshing! The staff has a great energy and takes pride in being part of the hotel opening. I felt welcomed immediately. The room was comfortable and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The location is great: we grabbed drinks and stocked up on souvenirs for the kids at Jungle Jim’s. There are plenty of chain restaurants around, if that’s your thing.

NillUpdate: Cassandra called me later on check-out day to help me with this issue with my billing. She was very helpful and resolved the problem. I didn’t really enjoy and wasting time on calling or emailing back and forth, but I’m glad she was able to help me. Full marks to her. Original: The hotel accommodations were satisfactory, but the front desk staff lacked experience and provided inadequate assistance. I had made an advance payment on January 20th and checked in on January 27th. Despite this, I was charged the same amount again. When I checked out on January 31st, I was charged once more. This situation is unacceptable and constitutes a clear breach of service. The front desk staff repeatedly assured me that the manager would rectify the issue, but the manager never bothered to respond to my inquiries. This lack of professionalism and prompt attention to my concerns is deeply concerning. On the day of check-in, I directly contacted Hilton and they opened a case number (230342504) to address the problem. They even provided me with a receipt indicating that the payment had been made. However, despite my efforts, no resolution has been achieved. I have been charged three times, which is an excessive amount. I am a valued gold member and have never encountered such a service issue in my previous stays. Therefore, I strongly advise against booking accommodations at this establishment.

NillWe stayed here for months. Staff was amazing especially Cassandra. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make so we could afford it!!!! Meijer is right next door and there are tons of places to eat around it. Outback is right next door too and it’s my favorite.

NillGreat location close to shopping and restaurants. New and clean facilities, friendly staff, great accommodations, gym, and breakfast. So new the onsite convenience store not open and pool also coming soon however their partnering hotel (Hampton) next door allows you to use their facilities. Overall great restful experience.
