We really enjoyed our overnight stay here! The location was super convenient, just off the highway. We enjoyed the amenities and thought the breakfast was great. They even have private little areas to work, study, or just relax. The whole place was really clean and comfortable and the service was even better. It's honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!!

Nice clean hotel and room. It's very comforting to be in such a nice clean hotel we will be back. This will be our stopping point as we travel through. Only draw back is that in the jointed rooms, we were able to hear the next-door guest conversations but not a deal breaker it didn't last long, lol. Breakfast was pretty good compared to most.

modelled after European style hotels. rooms are big and very.CLEAN. Decent breakfast and drinkable.coffee by Lavazza. I was impressed. would stay at the chain again

I took an impromptu trip with my kids for spring break. Kenni ( I hope I got that right) was absolutely amazing! She always so kind, smiley, and sweet. Everything was so clean. From the hallway, elevator, guest areas. I know it’s very hard with an indoor pool but the fumes with absolutely overwhelming. I would stay here time and time again. My kids and I had the best time !!

Overall, the cleaning staff are great and the room is very clean.. and the coffee is strong. Sadly, those are the only positives. Very expensive and still got old scratchy towels with worn holes. After paying in advance, I still got hit with a $150 dollar 'hold' that I was supposed to know about (still not sure how I was supposed to know that). Staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The shower looks impressive but was wobbly and the water temp kept fluctuating between luke warm and scolding. Oh, and the breakfast bar included rubbery bagels, pancakes, and bagged chips/snacks. Not worth the money.. too many other places to stay in Sharonville.

For a budget hotel there is not much to complain about. Room was clean & comfortable. But… Breakfast left some room to be desired and the walls are paper thin. LOTS of road noise being right by the interstate and if your neighbors are making any noise, bring some earplugs.

This was perfect for what we needed. Son has a basketball tournament 6 minutes away so location couldn’t be better. Staff was excellent! Her name is ShaRonda to be exact and she worked the front desk. In a world where customer service is dead she made the whole stay that much better. Super polite and accommodating when game times changed and we needed an early check in and late check out the following day. Room was also great. Clean and comfortable and kid friendly. My son went down and socialized with others in the tournament and enjoyed himself as well. Would recommend and we will be back!

Had a great experience! Nice comfortable rooms. Had an issue with someone smoking on my floor, I contacted the front desk and they took care of it very quickly and had the air filtered cleared and smelling fresh very fast. Will definitely be back when in town.
