Awful experience staying here. The pictures are completely misleading. It looks nothing like the pictures show inside. The hotel has lingering food and trash smells all through the hallways, lobby, elevators. The breakfast is a joke. NOT a hot breakfast, just some bread and some cereal. There wasn't even proper cutlery. The coffee in the room was stale and tasted awful. Not going back.

Positive: It is cozy and the staff is nice. The grounds are well tended to. Negative: The floors are Very creaky and and they do not serve more protein at breakfast. Always the same sausage-egg sandwiches. They also need to maintain the "deep" cleaning of the rooms ie; behind the refrigerator and couches, the nooks and crannies.

This was a very noisy hotel. I finally called around midnight. It eventually quieted down. Noise was: People running upstairs. Lady yelling. Dog crying. Someone mistakenly knocked loudly on my door and tried to open it after 11 looking for the party. I am very security conscious so thankfully I had my door double locked. During breakfast there was no one nearby or at the desk to help because we were eating so early for our event. We did need help with the pancake machine. They need directions other than don't push buttons. Not a lot of choices that were not bread-type items. Beds were ok. Other guests were not affected by the noise. I wish we were in a different part of the hotel. It is a nice hotel. Just bummed our experience was bad. Our body wash dispenser was clogged. I tried to unclog it but the product was too thick to work with it.

We stayed here to help our son move the next morning. As we were winding down for the evening the ladies in the next room started screaming and acting like complete fools. We complained to the desk clerk and he offered to move us. He wasn't super friendly but gave us an upgrade for the same price. We got a decent night's sleep. The regular rooms have paper thin walls so you'll hear everything. The more expensive rooms are nice, but none of the rooms have hot water. You can leave the faucet on for 10 minutes, you'll get lukewarm water at best. This place is a mixed bag.

I knew this place was going to be horrible, when I checked in and the guy behind the counter was wearing a T-shirt and shorts. This place is extremely rundown and grimy. We stayed here for three nights and had to ask to be moved after the first night. There was no hot water in this building! If you have a room on the first floor, be prepared to smell dog urine/feces, smell all kinds of smoke and listen to people partying throughout the night. The fabric couch was so filthy and ripped that I would not allow my family to sit on it. The walls are paperthin and the rooms are adjoining with a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor so you could hear everything that was happening in the other room. We asked to be moved to a different room and they put us on a different floor. The new room had a pleather couch, which we could wipe down, so it was a bit better, but there was still no hot water we had to call down twice in the middle of the night because some patrons were having a party. The toilet also continuously leaked.|The breakfast is an absolute embarrassment. They had some slices of bread, a pancake machine and apples wrapped in cellophane. They also had prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that you could heat up individually in a single microwave, which most people avoided. |The location is in a weird industrial area and Many of the patrons living at this location. |Just grow, gross, gross!

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Hotel was not clean. It smelled. No hot water. When I complained, the person at the front desk just said ?nobody else complained about no hot water?. Garbage cans were overflowing. Did I mention it smelled!!

I get to this location. The guy at the front desk charged my card for the amount of the room. Which was fine. He said my card didn’t go through. When on my end my bank showed it did. I had to call my bank and spend 25 mins with my bank letting the rep at the front desk know. My card had been charged. Keep in my i had already signed for my room. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They might try to scam you out your money. Be careful. Because of me having to wait to prove a point i thought the manager would give me a night free or something for his rep. Pulling that crap on me. Then they tried to speak in another langue and i knew what they were saying. I won’t never be back to this location and they scamming reps

Bad experience here unfortunately. We were late to a convention we paid extra to be able to get in early too because we woke up and our shower had no hot water. Took 40 mins and the only solution was to send us to another room just to shower. We got back from the convention and it still wasn’t fixed and no one had called us or gave us any updates. They moved us to another room just to find the next morning that we only had enough hot water for one person to shower. ||No refund or discount was provided. Seems like hot water was a pretty systemic issue throughout the building.
