Comfort Inn Northeast

Stayed here overnight during the week for $92 after tax and fees booked through my choice hotels app. Location was perfect right off i-71. Service was quick and helpful. Check in with smooth as could be. Building and room were all very clean. Room was a tad bit small but it made up for it with such solid features as a separate sink area outside of the bathroom and a side table to do work at. Beds were extremely comfortable as where the pillow so I slept great which is a huge plus in my book. Only drawback was that breakfast was pretty scamp. All they had was some steamed eggs sausage a waffle maker and muffins. Beyond that though I would definitely stay again due to the value, cleanliness, and comfort.

The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean. The young man working the desk was very nice and hard working. I gave 4 stars because I think the young man needed some help. He was trying to get so many things done on his own that it made the breakfast and check out process take longer. Overall, it was a really good experience here. I would go back.

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Large selection of channels on TV. Negative: Hot breakfast was very carb centric. The first day the only protein was some kind of fake egg bite. The second day, they had sausage. There was not any peanut butter or cream cheese to put on the breads and waffles to add a little protein.

I use this location often for work. They are always so helpful and welcoming. There was an experience here recently where Tyler Hodge went above and beyond for someone I had staying there. They were waiting for a food delivery and Tyler gave them his breakfast because the person was hungry. The humanity in that is so awesome. You don’t often see that type of kindness. Thank you again Tyler!!!

I had a brief stay here from the 3/29 to 3/30 and I definitely would not recommend again. It appeared as if prostitution was taking place as soon as I walked into the hotel going to my room it was obvious that type of activity was going on. Then to top it off because I brought my own cover I didn't need to sleep under the cover but I looked anyway and it was definitely blood and then ants came into my room and we're climbing on the bed. I'm not returning.

The lobby amd room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no breakfast available at the time posted to open, and the room wasn't serviced. The air conditioning didn't work well. Yhe rooms are small and the bathroom is so small you have stand sideways to be able to close the door. Overall a bad experience for a price of close to 200 a night. Would not recommend. Also when we arrived a Sherriffs car was sitting in the parking lot.

I Must admit after traveling for hours.Finally checking in at the comfort inn was effortless. The night front desk attendent (Shiva) Was courteous, professional and had us checked in and in our room within minutes. Our room was clean and in great working order. I'd definitely come back...

As this would have been a perfect location, because of the proximity to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital… we were unexpectedly cancelled for my child’s dr appt due to upcoming weather. I called and spoke with reservations and then directly to the hotel. Peter stated that he spoke with his General Manager and they refused canceling or rescheduling due to the fact that I paid ahead with my credit card. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I would absolutely give this a zero if it were possible to do that!
