Red Roof Inn Cincinnati East - Beechmont

Was not happy at all. The room was cold due to gap under door. Went to front desk and ask why someone just opened the door. He said it might have been housekeeping. My wife was still laying in the bed. Didn't knock are say sorry for walking in. Front desk person had hard time understanding my questions. I Wouldn't let my dog stay there.

When you have to check for bed bugs(surprisingly none), throw your clothes out because they reek of ashtrays from the "non smoking" rooms, it's best to go elsewhere. The grounds had dog poop EVERYWHERE, there was trash everywhere. Seemed more of a transient complex with broke down cars. Guy opened his door and let his dog out without a leash. I didn't feel safe here at all. It was extremely noisy with traffic noise even though it wasn't that close to highway. The steps going to second floor are loose and wobbly. The room itself was horrid. No climate control, it was broken and falling apart. The floors were nasty, wiped up something and napkin came away black!!! The bed was ok but the blanket and sheets were stained and reeked of cigarettes. I think all the rooms are actually smoking rooms. The shower either was flesh burning hot or the most God awful high pitch noise if you wanted it cooler. The light in the bathroom would turn on automatically if you went into it so that 2am potty time your getting blinded. No clue what the TV channels were as there's no menu(TV channel lineup). There is a laundry area, my dog was free, the hotel is at a light, it's close to the highway also. They want a deposit also so be prepared for that.

Not the worst motel we've ever stayed in but it's in the running. Hair on the counter, blood on the wall, dust on flat surfaces etc. We went and bought cleaning supplies. Our second night at one in the morning the tenants next door decided to fight and scream at each other. By two o'clock I had had enough and called the front desk. The night auditor proceeded to tell me it was just someone who had just checked in looking for their room. I told him that they had found their room because they had slammed the door at least a half dozen times in the past thirty minutes. He said he would look into it. Obviously he never did. The commotion went on for at least another hour. Talking to another guest in the parking lot the next morning it became clear that our room wasn't the only nasty one and that the loud guest kept a lot of people awake. ||Keep away from this place and the Days Inn just up the road. Saddest part is I had stayed at this same Red Roof a while back and it was nice. I assume it had different owners then.

Wow, just wow!! If you love bugs, especially bed bugs,. This is your place. Nice room that will leave you awake all night long. How great 😊. It’s better to sleep in ur car or an expensive hotel than this . Not worth it . I promise you going to expensive hotel better than this . Why is the owners not cleaning the sheets or bedsheets when people have being complaining for 7 years ? Waiting till manger tomorrow to see if I can get a refund.

Positive: The people at the front desk Negative: The room was NOT clean. We only stayed for two nights... Toilet was disgusting. Towels has black streaks on them. Beds had rusted red stains on them. Crumbs, hair, diet and dust. The floors were sticky and the shower had hair in it from the last person.

This establishment is nothing like the photos depicted online. Absolutely filthy, dirty linens, floors, pillows and looks as if it hasn’t been throughly cleaned in awhile. Didn’t end up staying due to cleanliness and sketchy activity on the premises. Felt very unsafe. When I confronted the front desk about a refund for the room, complaining it was dirty, the front desk clerk said he couldn’t refund me and I had to call back in the morning.

Management is very kind & helpful. Stayed 4 days one week & then 2 nights another week. No bugs or other negatives. Bathrooms could use more cleaning—mostly the tubs. Will return.

OK price, but when there's screaming cussing and fights right outside your door at 1AM the savings don't matter anymore. Call the front desk an hour into the commotion at 2AM, to have the front desk blow me off. Telling me it was probably just someone trying to find their room. The other problems? Air conditioning only working sometimes, hair everywhere, some kind of biological something on the walls, what appeared to be mold in the shower. We ended up going to the store and buying cleaning supplies. Used q-tips, band-aids and those flosser things with the toothpick built in are scattered along the walkways. It's quite obvious that the owners and management have no pride in this motel. In a word, NASTY. I took pictures. Because no one would believe me otherwise. It's hard to believe that anyone would let a place get that disgusting.
