NillI just want to take a minute to share my experience. I am an over the road traveling electrician. I have stayed at many hotels. The reviews on this hotel. I do not know where these people are getting them from. Because this hotel is very nice. It is very clean.The staff is very nice. They are attentive to every situation immediately. The breakfast bar is the only thing that is lacking, but it is the basics and fills my fat belly up every morning. I wanted to thank the staff and I am looking forward to stay here all the way through may. Being an, i'm the road worker.I experience a lot of things. I have to save my experience here for the first week has been very welcoming and pleasant. Thank you 😊

NillRooms were clean-ish. Stairwell (since the elevator was out of service) was very dirty. The room included a hair dryer and hand soap, but no other toiletries. Breakfast had minimal options, and meats were very greasy.

NillThis is the WORST place EVER!!! It's dirty, has bugs, smells awful and it has extremely uncomfortable beds. I slept in an office chair leaning over on the desk area. I paid in advance thru priceline($67) and when I got here to check in, they required $100 deposit as well. The whole place could go up in flames and they still wouldn't be out $100. NEVER AGAIN! I definitely should have read the reviews before I booked this place. IT'S A DUMP!

NillI did not make it past the front desk. Received confirmation email with total for stay printed clearly. When I attempted to check in, the clerk swiped my credit card and I entered in the pin number. First I was informed that I would not be able to process the credit card as credit, unbeknownst to me the clerk attempted to charge my card again and informed the credit card was declined. When I asked the amount the clerk stated "there is a $100 deposit". I requested the clerk to cancel my reservation. Upon attempting to check in to another hotel I was informed my credit card was declined. I had to contact my bank to inquire about the card's balance. My bank informed me that the charge was already taken from the cancelled reservation. I returned to the property and requested that my reservation be honored since the charges were taken. The front desk person stated the charges had been reversed and the funds should be available in 5 or 10 minutes. I informed the front desk person the funds would not be returned for several days and we were without lodging and our card had been charged. The local police were requested by myself and the front desk person to no avail. The local police inquired if I would pay the incidental and additional $100 to stay. I agreed however the front desk person stated we would have to pay for the total reservation and a $100 deposit. My issue is if there is an additional charge that should be stated plainly on the confirmation email. The amount that was attempted to be charged was an additional $100 in a separate transaction from the reservation amount. If a deposit is required the deposit and charge for reservation should be charged in one transaction not two separate transactions. Do not accept and charge one transaction for the reservation and charge the deposit with a second transaction which is apparently what occurred. The entire stay should require one charge with the additional refundable deposit included to reflect the true cost upon check in. I believe it is the Wyndham policies that need to change with the true check in charge on the confirmation email so no discrepancies or issues are incurred by guests. Do better Wyndham
