My wife and I were there on Saturday 17 for one night. Except for the location it has nothing else going for it. It’s a very big ill maintained property. The shower in the bathroom dripped all night, the faucet lever was stuck and won’t go down causing the shower to drip all night. The phone inside the room was not even working so I couldn’t call to complain. When I went down to complain, all I got was a shrug. No effort was made to fix the issue. For breakfast next morning it was fruit loops, Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran with cold coffee. Terrible. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Badly managed place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the most misleading experiences I've ever had. The photos online painted a completely different picture from what we encountered in person. It was advertised as a suite, but upon check-in, I was informed that my reservation was actually for a room with two double beds—far from what was expected. The condition of the hotel was extremely poor. There were severe signs of leakage from the roof and/or air conditioning units, and the carpets were absolutely filthy—stained, dirty, and emitting a foul odor. Walking through the back entrance (Door F), we found it completely unlit, making it feel unsafe. Additionally, the ceilings had huge watermarks, and in some areas, pieces were falling down. Food was left on the floor in multiple rooms that were shown to us, further proving the lack of cleanliness. The pool was another disappointment. It was dirty, filled with fallen leaves from dead plants, and the seating area was in terrible condition—this was an indoor pool, which made it even more unacceptable. Customer service was just as frustrating. The manager was dismissive and condescending, offering little to no assistance. The general manager claimed he had no access to refunds or charges, and despite their confusion over the extra charge on my account, I had to go back and forth before the assistant manager finally adjusted it. However, I have yet to receive my refund. Because of the conditions at this hotel, I had to book another stay elsewhere, costing me nearly $500 just to ensure my daughter had proper accommodations for her competition. This place deserves one star at best, and I strongly believe it needs to be investigated for its false advertising and poor management. I would not recommend staying here.

Photos are deceptive. I will say location is great - within 10 min of most major stops. Service has also been great given the condition. Every concern we’ve had was addressed quickly and pleasantly. Pool is as pictured. Hotel is in very rough condition - a lot of door handles are broke, key cards hardly read on some. Ceilings are peeling or water damaged and sagging. First room we were in potentially had mold-got moved to a different one. Ice machines only work on floors 5&6 apparently and vending only works on the opposite. Elevators are a little sketchy. Breakfast was apples, empty cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee. No waffle maker and no service counter as shown in pictures. Had to swap out some stained sheets and blankets with cigarette burns. Hallway smells like cigarette smoke off and on even though there’s supposedly a penalty for smoking. Business center is just desks and microwave if that’s important for your trip

Please beware! The pictures are lies! The building doesn’t look like it pictures. There isn’t a restaurant or open bar or bar area. The elevator broke down and has missing lights. It’s like the lights aren’t on in the building. An inspection is needed for this building as soon as possible and there are no workers you’ll be looking around for days for someone to help you. The breakfast isn’t continental it’s just cereal one type of milk and packs of oat meal on the table. It was a terrible experience truly. It’s not an hotel it’s a motel. The title needs to be changed.

Horrible hotel! If you wanna stay somewhere where you feel like you might get murdered then this is your place. It is dim and dirty. The first room was disgusting and the second wasn't any better. The man at the front desk was less than helpful. The pool area was dark and was closed before the time mentioned and none of the other amenities were open. We ended up leaving the same night and going to another hotel where we felt safe. PASS ON THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

I stay at a lot of Quality Inns and Choice Hotels in general so I know when one is not performing to standard. I will start with the positive, the bed was good and the shower was actually great. So if you just need a place to sleep feel confident. The rest of the hotel goes down from there. First room I got was pretty dirty, stained furniture and dirty desk so I was moved to a different room, with exterior window. Some rooms face a dark pool area. (fyi) The restautant, bar, lounge, are all closed, pool has water but its locked up, no towels doesn't seem like it ever opens. Fitness, both treadmills broken, most weights missing, there was a magazine on the rack dated 2014, so this is kind of a time warp hotel from when it was Crowne Plaza. They branded it Quality Hotel because of the large meeting space available but the hotel is being run more like a Rodeway Inn so just know what you are booking. Breakfast was only coffee, yogurt and oatmeal packets. Even the cereal dispensers were empty. They are not using the choice branded cups or key card holders, just anywhere they can save a few cents they have found it and are trying to keep this place open. I would stay again, but I just wish owners would step up the cleaning and amenities just a notch to be in line with an average Quality Inn branded hotel.

Positive: "" Negative: There were several issues with the hotel:1. Lack of consistent attendants at the main desk - attendants often lounging in the back room2. Many amenities were closed, including bars, pool, etc.3. The lobby, hallway & common areas were very cold

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and we really liked it, so when I saw all of the negative reviews I disregarded them. However it seems the hotel has gone really far downhill. We went for a weekend away. There is almost always no one at the front desk. We waited a while to check out and ended up just leaving our keys because no one came. There are lights out all over the hotel, or flickering giving creepy motel vibes. The room was not cleaned well at all. Rugs were filthy, there was blood on the shower curtain, the sink was falling off of the wall, there was black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The beds are pretty worn out and the pull out couch was nothing but springs. No signs of bugs so we decided to clean up the mold as best as we could and make the best of the weekend. We didn't feel like other rooms would be much better, most of them had remnants of red caution tape that had been removed. We only requested more shampoo and the cleaning lady only gave us 2 bottles (for 4 people) because her cart wasn't stocked and she didn't want to give more.. The breakfast is awful. They only have a waffle station, apples, cereal, and coffee, however the pump on the coffee wasn't working. We definitely won't be back. What a shame. Not worth the money.
