Fidelity Hotel

We were in town for a funeral & the staff at The Fidelity could not have been any nicer. The restaurant was amazing & the art was gorgeous . The hand painted mural is STUNNING. We had breakfast & dinner and the food was delicious. The bartender Ricky was great. His recommendations were spot on & the drinks were delicious! We travel with our dogs & the fact that they traveled with us for free was even better! We loved our suite & the decor, it is beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was beautiful and the hotels atmosphere was very relaxing. Valet service was very good when requesting your vehicle, but it took a while for someone to grab my key when dropping off. There is also the option to park in the garage next door. There are tons of things to do within walking distance of the hotel. It was raining during my stay so I hope to come back in the summer to explore more. Overall, wonderful stay.

Wow! What a comfortable, chic and inviting place to stay. The room and bathroom were just beautiful and the bedding was lovely. Every area of the place is decorated so beautifully. Bar and restaurant also comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Hope to return someday.

This hotel is perfectly centrally located. The hospitality here isn’t spared one iota. Loved the little lounge bar! Steven checked us in at the front desk and was so warm and welcoming, what a great face to be the first contact in the building. I love the boutique vibe but most of all the cleanliness. Everything looked and smelled so fresh! I definitely look forward to coming and staying here again and highly recommend.

As locals, we put the Fidelity Hotel on our list of breakfast places to try as soon as we heard of their opening. The Club Room was an outstanding experience. As others have mentioned, the decor is amazing. The lighting, the accessories, the local-artist painted murals, even the restrooms, are all luxurious. Breakfast was terrific. Hot delicious coffee, perfectly seasoned eggs and potatoes, super crispy bacon. If that isn’t your thing, try the ricotta scramble, delicious! All this would be nice, when you add the attentive, professional and friendly staff, Tony in particular, it makes for a memorable visit. We look forward to returning for dinner, happy hour, and/or a local stay.

We loved our stay at the Fidelity! Before we even arrived, their staff was very helpful with touching base regarding our arrival and promptly answered our question regarding parking. Their front desk staff was warm and professional when we arrived, and the lobby was stunning!! Our room was perfect, with city views and incredible interiors. The ability to text the front desk with a request came in handy when I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday dessert, which they placed in our room while we were out. Returning to the beautiful chocolate terrine and hand-written birthday note from the staff was such a treat! All in all, we loved our stay and will certainly be back. Thank you to the Fidelity for a perfect weekend trip to Cleveland!

Just an incredible hotel!!! I travel a lot and this was the best customer service I have ever received at ANY hotel. Patrick and his front desk staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Staff I didn’t even meet knew my name. Even the bartender and valet personnel were exceptional. ||We stayed in a petite suite and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of character and very comfortable, high end bedding and plush towels. ||They have sold me. Great pricing, too! This is the only hotel I’d stay in when visiting the awesome downtown Cleveland area. ||Can I give six stars? ⭐️

The Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland was such a lovely surprise—absolutely beautiful with boutique vibes that reminded me of Magnolia style decor. The blend of modern finishes and rustic charm created a cozy yet elevated atmosphere throughout the property. Although we didn’t get a chance to check out the bar or club area, the location was perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. We caught a Guardians game and even made our way to the Jack Casino Hotel—all just a short stroll away, which made exploring the city super convenient. The only downside was the parking situation. There’s no private parking or validation option, and valet is $52 per night. Also, after midnight, the front doors are locked, so we had to be let in by the front desk (which isn’t in view of the front door), which was a little inconvenient but understandable for safety. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Cleveland.
