Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown

My husband and I had a free weekend, so we decided to take a random road trip. We ended up in Cleveland, and booked a room at this hotel. We have stayed in Drury Hotels before, and love what Drury's have to offer. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by its historic beauty. You enter into the main lobby donned with marble floors and walls, two large murals on either wall of the reception desk. Nya, the front desk associate was wonderful. She gave us a quick rundown, and happily filled us in on the quick run down of the hotels history. The hotel smelled wonderful, similar to what you find in many of the Vegas Casino Hotels such at the Cosmopolitan. Our hotel room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the downtown city center. This hotel is in walking distance to the Cleveland sign, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The Arcades (stunningly beautiful), and various sporting venues. Valet parking is available with inout 24 hour privileges. In addition, the valet service uses a texting app to call your car, which is most convenient. We enjoyed Cleveland and look forward to returning!

The architectural design inside and out were stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk, room, service, and dining area. It was a great price compared to other hotels we had researched because it included free Wi-Fi, lower price on parking, complementary breakfast, and surprisingly complementary dinner! Personally, I am restricted on eating meats, but they had a nice variety of food for dinner. The food I did eat was descent and the dining area was very clean. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future. The children’s museum and science Museum were very close in proximity and my 2 1/2 year-old absolutely loved the children’s museum!

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Music hall of Fame. When we pulled up the guys at the valet were so helpful. Deante, Andrew, and Daniel went above and beyond. Daniel even spent time telling us about the history of the hotel and sharing stories. The girls at the desk were so nice. The food and the beverages were great. We didn’t make it to use the pool. the rooms are very comfortable and I really liked the way they updated the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff! We were greeted by valet and they were friendly and helpful with us unloading lots of cosplay items. Check in was flawless, they greet you with a smile even if things are a little hectic, they stay friendly. The breakfast/snack time are always a hit, as are the popcorn and cucumber water in the lobby. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is well lit(important for cosplayers to do makeup) checkout was as easy as check-in.

This place is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Service was some of the best I've experienced. Staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner, which if you like to drink alcohol, wine, or beer it also comes with a limit of 3 drinks. We stayed in a suite and the rooms are very spacious, ceilings are high, windows are huge, and you need your card to swipe into most places which we loved because it made us feel even more safe and secure.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. The added perks of free breakfast buffet and free dinner is absolutely amazing. 3 free bar drinks per day for guests over 21. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful as well. We definitely will be staying at Drury hotels in the future when we travel.

Never stayed at a Drury hotel before and was pleasantly surprised. Stayed during March Madness so rates were higher than normal but the free breakfast and free buffet food in the evening was a pleasant experience. |Staff was amazing about clearing dishes and wiping down tables quickly |Requests were handled efficiently and employees are cheerful and friendly. Look like they’re actually enjoying their work. |Excellent customer service by all staff from checking to checkout. |Convenient location to Rocket Arena & Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Walking distance to these and other downtown locations.

I’m obsessed! Andrew was amazing with valet, along with the front staff working 4/12/25. Every employee interaction was amazing and the building itself is gorgeous. Great beds, great food, make this your next stay!
