Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

Excellent location in downtown Cleveland, especially if you are going to a Browns game or Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. The check in process is quick. The rooms are clean and modern. The amenities are top notch. The valet service is not the best. We requested our vehicle from the room and went down to the lobby a few minutes later, they claimed they did not get the request. We then end up waiting about 15 more minutes for them to bring our vehicle. The hotel was not busy, so I am not sure how it was such a big deal.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The historic architecture of the building adds so much charm, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

This Hyatt is exceptionally beautiful! Historic setting, and beautiful, comfortable rooms. Great location - could walk to the lake, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Great restaurants nearby- even a bowling alley right across the street! The staff was very friendly and helpful. An absolutely stunning setting for a wedding!

Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious rooms, updated bathroom, and comfortable beds and pillows. It's perfectly located to have a great time at neighboring restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and attentive too. We can't wait to visit again.

Such a cool hotel. Staff was amazing and super accomodating. The hotel is right across the street from all the restaurants & bars & a short drive to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. There is so much to do. First time in Cleveland was a great time and we will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed at this Hyatt several times and I am always overly satisfied. The rooms are lovely, staff is always top notch, but the real thrill is the architecture of this building and the arcade. This history is very rich with this hotel and social area. Its affordability makes it a diamond in the rough of all the other downtown hotels. It’s in the middle of everything and close to all the venues, restaurants and nightlife. Oh! And the Casino is close too. Highly recommend this Hyatt. Beds are very comfy, water pressure is strong, parking adjacent or valet, and dining options are solid.

Beutiful, nice, quiet hotel. Great location. Close to the Jack Casino. Spot lights shine in room on the city side making the room a little light at night. Breakfast was just ok and a little overpriced. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

One of the staff members entered our room, without knocking on 2 occasions. Staff/management seemed unconcerned, and did nothing to rectify this situation. We felt very unsafe. We definitely Will not be going back. What a shame in such a beautiful, historic hotel.
