Residence Inn Cleveland Downtown

My stay was good. The front desk was friendly the room was lovely. The fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok. However there was no parking lot available so you are forced to park across the street and pay for parking or use the hotel valet parking which was over $100 for two days. I’m glad my stay was short because it could have been extremely expensive for someone with a longer stay. The hotel should at least offer a free parking pass for your stay or a discount coupon. Although we had a great time and was in a great location, I would probably not come back because of the parking experience.

Wonderful stay in Cleveland for a Huntington field soccer match. It was nice exploring the city on our walk to and from the field. Our room was huge, high ceilings, small sectional couch and nice size kitchen with great city street views. The front desk staff was great!! Thank you for making our quick getaway great!!

Positive: Location was great. The courtyard looks cool and the fact that it's so old is cool also. Breakfast staff was very nice. Negative: The front staff wasn't very friendly, I asked for replacement towels and didn't get them.

We chose this hotel based on the location as we were in town for an NBA game and the hotel is directly across from the stadium. I am a Marriott employee so I always choose marriotts because of their room standards for cleanliness and this did not disappoint. It is in a historic building so the layout is not typical but I loved that. Marshelle at the front desk was amazing and took care of any requests we made. Very friendly and great customer service. Valet was another bonus. Breakfast was great. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in the downtown Cleveland area and will be back again!

We blocked rooms here for our wedding weekend. Management was very easy to work with in the weeks leading up to and throughout the wedding weekend. The bar/lounge area also provided a convenient, casual spot for our out-of-town guests to congregate each evening. The location is great, with numerous drinking and dining options nearby. We highly recommend staying here!

Clean comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast. Cannot beat the location. Convenient to Rocket Arena and Jack Casino. Highly recommend staying here when in Cleveland.

It's a little off the beaten path if you are heading to the Huntington Convention Center but still walkable and right next door to a lot of great restaurants and bars. That's fantastic if entertaining clients. Ride share was maybe a minute wait every time anyway. Rooms were very nice, updated, clean, and large. The parking could be cleaner. The hotel has nothing to do with it so the valet works for a parking company and you have to pay daily, makes an expense report busier than it needs to be. It seems the hotel could work this in seamlessly but maybe they don't have the option as not a fan of parking companies, few are well run. The valet themselves were top notch so was not a staff issue, they were great. Fix parking and would give them 5 star.

Came here for New Year's Eve getaway, I was skeptical based on prior reviews. Let's say I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my well-appointed fireplace suite. |Clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. And the walk-in shower was amazing!! The strongest water pressure u can have. I can't say enough about this hotel. They really impressed me enough to write this review. I will definitely be returning. Added bonus is the location. You can't beat it. And I really enjoyed the valet parking. Was nice treat! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I truly appreciate it❤️|
