Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square, an IHG Hotel

Super comfortable beds! Room very clean and updated decor. Nice and clean pool and hot tub! Friendly and attentive staff, great valet parking! Good breakfast selection. Excellent location for going to a Cleveland Guardians baseball game as it is within walking distance to Progressive Field and also within walking distance of multiple places for food or drinks.

Had my son’s birthday gathering this past weekend first time at this hotel and definitely returning most likely in a couple weeks. That’s how much we enjoyed our stay Latoya was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She was friendly and courteous, and made sure that we were accommodated during our stay. This place needs five stars.

The location was excellent and the rooms were nice. Parking was pricey, and we had an issue with the main thing you come here for....the beds. The mattresses were excellent, but they were on super cheap, creaky, too small frames. In the first room we got to, the frame was broken, causing the bed to tilt. They moved us to another room....bed ALSO broken. Apparently, these frames are a problem. 3rd room was a charm. Poor Alex was fabulous moving us around all night after he was supposed to be heading home for the night. Also, the 2 queen room is a 2 full. Excellent place, minus the beds.

The hotel was spotless, both the common areas and the room. The front desk was exceptional and could answer any questions we had. Both check-in and check-out front desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We used the valet to park and he informed us of all the details, including in and out privileges, which was a great feature. We stayed in town to go to Playhouse Square, the perfect location to walk to the theatres. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location.

Had a great experience here and found it to be a great value for downtown Cleveland. Excellent service, thank you LaToya at checkin and all the servers in the restaurant on Easter! Hot tub and pool were great, but the bathrooms at the pool do need stronger cleaning. Tip--book nearby parking through SpotHero or another app--I paid $14 for 24 hrs at a garage 3 blocks away. So our total for parking, hotel room and breakfast (booked through Spirit/Priceline) was under $200 on a Saturday night. Very pleased.

What a gem in downtown at a very reasonable price. We stayed here after watching a show at playhouse and just found the place so clean and nice. The walk to playhouse is only about 3 to 5 minutes and there's plenty of people so you feel very safe. Really nice service all around and our corner room had a view of the playhouse chandelier. We parked in the halle bros parking garage and no issues whatsoever. We also ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was good with good service. Just an overall wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a great location in Cleveland the valet makes it easy they were professional and treated my vehicle with respect they explained everything as it was my first time using valet they made me feel welcomed. The service desk ladies were amazing the gentleman that was there was quite intimidating he never smiled or greeted anyone so I was a little nervous asking questions when he was around! The cleaning crew were polite spoke little English but that didn’t matter…. We had fun the front desk greeted us every time we were in the lobby making sure we were okay and if we needed anything! I will definitely stay here again!

The staff at the Front desk was extremely helpful in resolving a room issue. They checked on us a couple of times to make certain we were comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous. The restaurant staff was awesome as well and the food very good. The chairs in the restaurant need replaced. I had to move a chair for my wife due to a leg being considerably shorter only to find my chair was similar. The floors in the restaurant could use some work also. We did not let this dampen our spirits as everything else was more than satisfactory and will gladly stay and dine here again.
