Cleveland Clinic InterContinental Suites

Very convenient location connected to Cleveland Clinic Hospital with skyway interconnecting walkways. Everyone was very kind, caring, helpful, and friendly. I stayed on the club floor which made things even more convenient with beverage food and snack options all day / evening.

Run away. This place is disgusting and a total rip-off. I booked in a hurry due to needed testing at the clinic. Big mistake. The hotel is old, overpriced, run-down and not befitting of the IC brand in any way. The first room they put me in wouldn't adjust to above 67 degrees. I then went and stepped in water on the bathroom floor. The toilet was leaking. Absolutely gross. Opened the fridge and if was all melted and polling water on the shelves...disgusting. I should have moved hotels, but wasn't worth the hassle given I needed to be focused on my testing, etc. Asked to be moved to a different room (I must say the staff was very accommodating, but did not apologize - acted like it happened constantly). New room was equally run down. The door sticks so bad it makes a horrendous noise every time I open it. Ironically, the Holiday Inn Express right down the road is MUCH nicer and cheaper at that. Hopefully this will save someone from making the same mistake.

Stayed for a sleep study. Was very nice hotel my daughter who is 9 loved it. The bath tub could of been a little cleaner. Thanks beautiful hotel friendly staff.

It seems this venue has forgotten to repair moldy leaks in the rooms! Health standards should be paramount in an overpriced underwhelming suite that are no better than a cheap motel.
