Courtyard Columbus Dublin

We stopped here for the night and the desk clerk was very friendly and cordial. After staying in a real dive the night before this was very pleasant. The building and grounds were very well kept. There was a sliding door from our room to the courtyard. The courtyard itself was very relaxing place to be after a day in the car. The 12:00 check out and black-out curtains were great too.

Great experience. The Family suite was spotless and tranquil. The Mattress was comfortable though a little firmer than we're used to. We would stay there again if we are in the area. Easy to checkout at 4.30am in the morning. Pleasant view of court yard.

Our stay at Courtyard Columbus Dublin was just okay. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were nice. However, one major inconvenience was that the lobby coffee bar was never open the entire time we were there. It was something we were really looking forward to using, especially in the mornings, so having it closed the whole time was pretty disappointing. It’s a small detail, but definitely something that impacted the overall experience. If that’s an important amenity for you, just be aware it may not be available.

Fairly newly updated, very odd layout, 1 elevator far from most rooms. Room size good with balcony, unfortunately large group of kids with no parental supervision running around late at night making lots of commotion in hallways. Also during our stay the fire alarm went off twice and there was no communication from the front desk. We were told there was breakfast but it was a "starbucks" Cafe and was very pricey. We booked this hotel thinking it was kore of a business travelers location it definitely was not!!! Front desk short of staff, a few time there was no one present. Stay disappointing for a Marriott

Stayed the night of 12/1024. Front desk staff was very friendly. We went to the bar area in the lobby and the lady helping me behind the bar was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Hey Courtyard your bartender needs bourbon. She was so apologetic about not being able to make one of the drinks they did not have the correct bourbon. Congrats to all the staff I ran into in this establishment. You were all fantastic and we will be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Dublin, Columbus for our honeymoon. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast service was nice, with a decent selection to choose from. Parking was easy and convenient, and overall, the service met our expectations. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Positive: Very clean and very quiet! Negative: Housekeeping could?ve done a tad better. Room was clean - just that they forgot to take out the last persons trash and we found a bud light can.

We had reservations with a predetermined rate. When we arrived we were told that rate could not be used because it was a “game weekend “. Although we had documents to support the rate and reservations. The staff person said in addition to the rate not accepted we also had to be charged for three nights as this was their standard policy for game day weekends and our card was already charged for the third day. We explained we had not provided a card. The staff person was rude, condescending and disrespectful. We finally got to our room being charged their game day rate. The room was dark, old and smelled musty. It’s is not a desirable place to stay. As Marriott what elite members, we have stayed at many hotels and this was by far the worst. I thought Marriott had a standard… quality was lost on this stay.
