I had an issue with the TV not working in my room, so I asked the front desk for a room change. Brandy, the staff member who helped me, was very kind, professional, and efficient. She quickly arranged another room for me. Her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. I’m thankful for Brandy’s promptness and kindness during my stay.

I am writing this review that covers both my stays December 24th and December 25th as well as December 31st and January 1st. On each occasion I stayed in one of the handicapped rooms. I have stayed at this location a number of times in the past and always had a very good experience . These two recent stays were the same. I asked for the handicapped room for its spaciousness. The room was clean and the staff service was very good. One of the attendants had a phone translation program so he could understand my conversation and requests. I thought that was really cool and very good thinking to overcome the language barrier. In the future I plan on staying again. If it works don't fix it, right? Also the price was very good for the Dublin area. I enjoyed the late checkout feature as well so I was able to sleep in some before it was time to load up and head out. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for friendly service, great price and clean accomodations. Thanks guys. I will see you next time.

I have been coming to this Red Roof location for over a decade. We are never disappointed. The guest services are exemplary. Debra does an amazing job managing this property. |Brandy called our room after check in to make sure we were comfortable. (She knew we had a rough long drive cross country). The rooms are always meticulously clean- the bedding is wonderful/ the towels are thirsty and plentiful. |The grounds are well maintained all four seasons! |There are plenty of grassy areas to walk your pet. (It would be great if EVERYONE cleaned up after their pets- a basic courtesy). The RR Inn makes it very easy with convenient pet stations. |Shea was delightful at check out. You can really tell that the staff all work really well together. Very impressive. |We have been regularly driving cross country since 1978. This Red Roof is one of our favorite and most reliable stops. Thank you all!

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were filthy and barely cleaned. In Room 227, the door wouldn’t latch unless slammed shut with full force. When we reported the issue, we were moved to Room 225, only to find the key reader on the outside was broken. The front desk attendant dismissed our concerns, blaming the cold weather and the hotel's outdated locks, even advising us not to leave our room.||Later, after checking out and back in, we were given Room 247. Upon unwrapping the toilet paper, I was horrified to see what appeared to be a tooth and hair fall onto the toilet lid. When I called the front desk, the staff member on duty argued with me, implying that I was accusing them of placing the tooth there. I escalated the issue to corporate, but they were of no help. Eventually, the hotel offered a free night and another room.||To make matters worse, the manager called us that evening and asked us not to return after our free night. This was shocking, considering we were simply addressing repeated issues with their cleanliness, maintenance, and overall professionalism. Instead of resolving their failures, they chose to remove paying guests who expected basic hygiene and functioning facilities.||I will be reaching out to corporate again and will provide an update on how they handle this situation.|||Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5

This was by far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, and it’s shocking that it carries the “PLUS+” designation. None of the reviews I read beforehand reflected how horrible this place truly was. It doesn’t deserve the Red Roof name. We only stayed one night, but that was more than enough. The room smelled of weed from the moment we arrived, which was completely unacceptable. The beds were absolutely terrible—I could feel every spring, and the mattress was so worn it had a visible divot (see pictures). Only four thin pillows were provided, which did little to make it more comfortable. The room was filthy. No one in my group dared to use the shower because of how gross the bathroom was, and the toilet kept running all night, making it even harder to get any rest. The parking lot was filled with construction workers, and we felt unsafe as a random man knocked on doors, supposedly looking for the room next to us. It was clear that questionable activity was happening. On top of all that, half the outlets in the room didn’t work, and the walls were cracked and crumbling. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness made it feel completely neglected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The reality of this place is far worse than the reviews suggest, and it tarnishes the Red Roof Inn name.

Check in was simple and easy and price was good. The room however is dirty, mold is growing in shower and the bathroom. The room smelled of stale smoke. The plumbing was noisy and the toilet would constantly leak. Parking area is dark and kinda sketchy. I work construction and have had to stay in worst but would not recommend especially for a family. This Red Roof did not meet expectations..
