Hampton Inn Columbus/Dublin

There hotel was nice & clean. They always had fresh apples and bananas and coffee and hot tea all day long. Their breakfast was amazing. One of the ladies her name is Tina made sure that everything you could possibly need or want was put out it was fresh and if there was anything that you did not have she was always willing to help accommodate. She had an amazing positive attitude I think anyone staying there should make sure they put a note into management to let them know what a wonderful job she has done. The only issue was the online booking information and digital passkey that you can use your phone to get into your room was not available at the time I tried to use it and the people that work there know nothing about the online stuff that was very apparent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Do NOT Stay here, let me repeat DO NOT Stay here.||First interaction at front desk was good. After checking in we promptly left the premises, to go have dinner. We returned after having dinner and proceeded up to our room. The room was dank, and old and smelled like someone had smoked in it. The facilities are dilapidated. Upon asking to be moved to another room Andrew (manager) told my wife and I we were going to be charged for a second room. Andrew assumed we had already occupied the room which we absolutely had not. (A simple check security cameras) He kept implying we had, we did not. |This led to us having an unpleasant discussion canceling our nights stay and leaving. Andrew was busy making excuses and not addressing our concerns. ||We found a really nice New Holiday Inn Express just a few minutes away in Marysville where we were treated like valued customers. A modern, super clean facility. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express.

Checked in late around midnight. I had an unexpected trip and I was trying to drive as far as I could. The man checking me in was very nice and helpful. I get to my room and it was very nicely done and the most important thing was that it was very clean. Woke up the next morning and had their breakfast. Bacon and potatoes was all I wanted and they were good. Checking out the lady at the counter was very nice also. I’m glad I stayed here and if I’m ever through here again and find myself needing a room I will definitely go here.

Awful. Reserved for four nights and apparently the bloke Tony not only didn't listen but reserved for one night. So the next morning while we're here, we constantly get bothered to leave because we weren't actually supposed to be here apparently despite saying that's how long we were going to stay. So when we go down to the desk to check this, they decide it's a good idea to disable our keys so whether we were staying or going we couldn't get back into the room to get our stuff. Well I can certainly say we aren't planning to stay the rest of the days here. Terrible service all around. Also the toilet was broken and constantly threatening to overflow. Also it should be written in the card to say how long people are going to stay so "confusion" like this doesn't happen. Also, you should get a bell for the front desk if your staff is going to constantly be in the back or have another person work up front to cover people so they can go in the back. And please the cleaners should not be whistling and whatnot. That can wake people up because not everyone comes in during morning times and wakes up at 7 or 8.

The hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We went for walks in the evening outside to enjoy the weather. They had coffee in the lobby 24/7. There was plenty of free parking. The location was okay, but a little bit hard to find. The people at the front desk were friendly. They highway noise is pretty loud. I would ask for a room away from the roads.||The breakfast was okay. A little disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. They had no fruit or hb eggs available.

I had made reservations for connecting rooms on the Hilton app. When I went to go choose my rooms ahead of time it was showing no connecting rooms available due to the choices I made and the hotel being full. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Tina. Tina was such a delight! She was so respectful and was able to look into it and make it so that me and my family would be able to have connecting rooms just like we needed and elongated the stress for tomorrow. So now I can just focus on getting my girl ready for her state cheer competition Sunday!!! Thank you so much Tina! You are amazing!! 🤩

No water in the shower. Sink was fine , shower had zero water. Breakfast bar mostly empty. When I told the front desk about the shower, they said sorry, no discount. She seemed surprised I expected a shower in the morning. $150 was there 12 hours, no services, limited breakfast

Stayed at the hotel for four nights. Got to our room realized the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, so we notified the employee and we were told that she would get us a new room and they would take 10.00 off per day of our bill. Which the money was never taken off our bill. Well then she calls our room to let us know that the entire upper floor had no exhaust fans working because of breaker issue that was never fixed. Got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes. Found a pill behind the bathroom door and a q-tip under out blankets and pulled the couch bed out and there was candy left under there.
