My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Rapid City was amazing! The staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was very clean and spacious including the bathroom, which was also big and well-maintained. I loved that the hotel has an indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's also close to shopping malls, which made it easy to grab what I needed. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience once again. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. The pool was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the parking lot was wide and convenient. The internet connection was fast, and the bathroom smelled good. above all the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcome at every turn. My second time staying exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning!

Conveniently located near local attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the well-maintained gym facilities. My stay was enjoyable and met my expectations. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and service, although light sleepers might want to request a room away from the street. I am beyond disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The moment I entered the room, it was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. There was trash everywhere, including in the sink, the tub, and the towels scattered all over the floor. Trash bags were piled near the door, and the room had a foul, unbearable odor. It was an absolutely disgusting environment to be in. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, not only did he show no concern, but he was also incredibly rude. We asked for a refund or at least a resolution, but he refused to cooperate, walked away from us, and then had the nerve to tell us to leave. To top it off, he refused to speak to us any further, leaving us feeling completely ignored and disrespected. I cannot believe this is the kind of service and treatment guests are subjected to at a hotel. I will never be staying at this location again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value cleanliness and decent customer service.

This hotel exemplifies excellence. The views are stunning and our stay was flawless. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Room was clean, spacious, modern, and spotless. The indoor pool is really beautiful and it exceed our expectations and what's best here is that, it is close to shopping malls. That's why this hotel is Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Rapid City. The hotel was simple yet comfortable, with a relaxing indoor pool and hot tub. The free continental breakfast and WiFi were a nice bonus. Friendly staff and a convenient location made my stay even better. Highly recommended!
