Staybridge Suites Rapid City - Rushmore by IHG

We stayed in a big double bedroom suite, which was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It had a full sized fridge with freezer, handy kitchenette with dishes/utensils, dishwasher (we didn't use, but would be handy for an extended stay), island with barstools for socializing, large living area. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were very clean, lots of closet room and storage. We also loved the location, very near shopping, food, etc. The only thing we were missing was a bar/lounge/restaurant on site, but again, we were very near other food options. Great place to stay, very friendly staff, delicious free breakfast with lots of options. Hot tub and pool were clean. Our girls group will 10/10 be staying here again!

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Rapid City and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff made sure I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and the room smelled fresh upon entering. The bathroom was spotless, with great water pressure in the shower and a fully stocked soap dispenser. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were also a highlight. The pantry was well-stocked, making it easy to grab a quick snack, and the breakfast selection was impressive with fresh and tasty options. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. One small but notable touch was the attentiveness of the staff. When I needed extra towels, they were delivered promptly, and any questions I had were answered with a smile. The level of customer service truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this Staybridge Suites location to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. As a frequent guest of IHG properties, I can confidently say this location exceeded my expectations.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was better then home! Staff was courteous and super helpful, front desk was amazing and sooo polite! The housekeeping staff was so kind and let me say these are the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in! I couldn't find a problem if I searched for one! Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and the staff made me feel like family. I would recommend to anyone i know to stay at this specific property.

My son and I stayed here for soccer and loved it! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We enjoyed the healthy breakfast with many options for us. The workout room was clean and had great equipment. One of our favorite parts was being able to cook in the kitchen that was tidy and sufficiently stocked. This hotel makes for an easy getaway after a busy work week!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt comfortable as it felt like we were at home. The room was really clean and had everything that we needed. The breakfast and social reception crew were top notch. They were really helpful and nice people. We had encountered a problem during our stay and Zach at front desk was quick to offer for us if we wanted to move to another room. That room was exactly as the first one we had and was really clean too. I rarely see hotels this clean. It just tells us how efficient the management and the employees at this location are. The credit was really nice to get at the end for the inconvenience of us moving to another room. We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are in South Dakota. We would also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed in during our cross country road trip in September. The employees were some of the friendliest individuals who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast the two mornings we were here were among the best of our trip. We took advantage of the evening social one night. Nice selection of drinks and food options. Spent some time on the outdoor patio area one evening. Nice sitting area to enjoy the sunset. The free use of washing machines and dryers was a nice bonus. If you are staying in the rapid city area, highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My girlfriend and I were just passing through Rapid City but we would have loved to stay at this property more than 1 night. Everyone that we interraced with was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and decorated and was quite spacious. The breakfast in the morning was easily the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I could not recommend this property any more!

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Doug particularly greeted every guest at breakfast and helped them with anything they needed. There was also a lovely lady with short hair that helped my son with his waffles. The details of the stay that made it so great: full kitchenette to buy groceries instead of eating out, big room with two queens and a pull out so my kids didn’t fight. Social hours m-w with light dinner and a free beer or wine. To top it off went to get quarters for the laundry room and they were FREE. The rate for the week we came was $117 a night and with all the amenities that were included I would give it more than 5 stars. ⭐️
