Make sure to have your own pillow. Hotel pillows were small and clumpy. The room was hot even on low temp. Heat rises and you can feel it. Opened the window and ended up getting woken up by a train rollin through. On some good notes, there is breakfast in the morning, and the establishment has a pool and hot tub.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Having the jetted tub was a nice perk. Negative: The room could use some updates. The wallpaper was peeling in many spots and there was water damage on the ceiling (I was on the first floor) the sink was slow to drain.

Comfortable room but we were not informed at booking - through Booking.com - or when we arrived that there was a pet fee amounting to 1/2 again of total room fee. I called to request the fee be removed from my credit card & young lady that answered was quite abrupt. Booking.com simply said pets allowed. If I had known that such a high pet fee would be charged, I would not have stayed there. Their pool was also a disappointment. It is very small & the pool area is very poorly lit. The lighting in the bathroom was also very poor.

Nice big, well-appointed suite. Room received a 4 star assessment account shower plumbing was defective as it wasn't adjustable for my needs. Any attempt was thwarted by height adjustment, which was leaking and wouldn't stay above the 4 foot level. It's hard to have a shower at 6 am, with this circumstance. PLEASE fix this issue. If I had noticed this upon entry to my room (215), I would have requested it to be repaired or change my room. This issue aside, I would stay here again, but I will do a thorough room inspection prior to acceptance.

This is a Conference Center and very busy. When we were there they were booked solid with no vacancies. the pool is very small for a large Suites like this one. The room was a queen handicapped suite and very comfortable and the decor was tasteful. There were only 2 or 3 reserved parking spaces for Gold Members which is no where enough. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of foods.

There are no sidewalks to walk to any of the establishments around the hotel. The beds were a bit hard, but the room accommodated my family of six comfortably. We had a great view of the hills out of our hotel room window. The pool area is somewhat small; it became crowded very quickly. We stayed two nights, and both mornings, they were in the pool area, scrubbing the floors before it opened, which was impressive. The breakfast is good. The only real downfall is the lack of sidewalks to nearby establishments.

Good place but needs to improve ADA standards on the outside. The scan entrance to the left of the front hotel entrance has a ramp which is dangerous. I ran into it and almost fell out of my wheelchair. Going up and down it is dangerous. It has a weird bump that is hard to get over and it is steep so as you head down it catches.

Good overall. Nice service and rooms. Drove specifically because of the beds and high level of sleep. The location wasn't bad either. Nice stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again.
