NillAmazing staff with unbeatable service!!! Meron, Ram, Bridget, and Blane are part of an amazing team here!!! They blessed my family greatly when we were in a place of hardship and need! Their kindness and compassion go beyond any hotel staff I've ever spoken or worked with! If there's a need, they fill it in a timely manner, if there's a problem, they go above and beyond to correct it and work to ensure your stay is exemplary! They are family-friendly, the pool is nice and warm, and the breakfast is great! Thank you so much to such an amazing team!!! We are so grateful for your kindness, help, and yummy cookies!!!

NillIf you rates this hotel purely on it's staff, I would give it 5+ stars. The staff here works hard and obviously cares about doing a good job. Front desk folk are friendly, maintenance was helpful and housekeeping is incredible. Rooms clean, always working and ensuring you have what you need. Our beds were clean & comfy, as was the room. They even do daily room cleanings, which you don't see as much these days. I would have given this 3 stars based on the conditions of the hotel, as it is apparent that ownership is not interested in investing back into its property to keep it in good shape. Elevators were "working" but eeks, I'll take the stairs. They didn't seem dependable and did close for a short period during our time here. The lock on our room door did lock with the key, but the deadbolt did not work. The handle in our bathroom was very hard to open, and the kitchenette isn't really stocked with anything other than the microwave and fridge. Seems like staff makes this place awesome without much support from ownership (just my impression, no idea if that is fact). Rooms were spacious, and TV's worked well. Breakfast was good. They had hot oatmeal, sausage, eggs, sometimes waffles, sometimes breakfast sandwiches, cereal, coffee, tea, grab and go items, fresh fruit, etc. They always have water and coffee available which was nice. Again, the personal touches by the staff made this place somewhere I"d stay again. I hope they make some updates to the hardware (locks and door knobs); but otherwise, great spot.

NillBathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Elevators not working again. Breakfast needs variety. Good location though. I’m waiting in line for coffee and housecleaning is sweeping and sweeps something onto my feet and around . Can’t they wait? No apology. Won’t stay here again.

NillRooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. Bed could have been a little softer, but there is absolutely nothing to complain about with the room. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had several options, including eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereals, fruits, juices, etc. It was hot and fresh. We arrived around 2am and felt safe in the parking lot. It was well lit and had security actively patrolling. The location is close to a multitude of establishments and plantly of stores of all kinds. Extremely convenient ans accessable! I will absolutely stay here every time I return to Austin.

NillRoom was what is expected with this brand and service is always great. The only issue I had was the TV was constantly freezing and blacking out. For someone who needs to unwind mentally at night it was rough. It was going from pitch black room to frozen TV then clear up enough to let you get 2-3 minutes of a show in to freezing up again and then blacking whole room out.

NillThe hotel is very centrally located on the north side of Austin. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is no it the best; other Bonvoy hotels have a much healthier and wider variety of cereal toppings. Here only unhealthy toppings. The place is very old but kept clean. When we stay here, it seems that we always have a problem with something. Very often, the elevators don't work, so ask about that before you make your reservations and pay. Almost always, there are big groups that party all night and they scream across the hallways, all night, drunks every time, weekdays and weekends. These are all adults and they act as college kids. They are disrespectful and disgusting. They butt in front of you at the breakfast line, they trash the place, and they are very loud and obnoxious. Today is Tuesday night and these same group has had a screaming party all night and we are trying to relax and sleep at 11:00 p.m. and they are still partying. If you are here for peace and quiet, forget about it. Staff tell us that this group is a regular at the hotel and it seems that they condone their disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior. This group must be a regular, because every time we stayed here, it seems that they are always here and it is all the same. They smoke at the front of the doorways because they don't want to walk too far in the cold. It is illegal in every major city in the country, but apparently permitted by the hotel as an exception and an accomodation to this same group of people.
