Staybridge Suites Austin North - Parmer Lane by IHG

The room was spotless and the breakfast was very good. On weekdays the social hour is a small meal, so you could basically eat twice a day and get housing that's a great bargain. Great job . I'll be staying here every time I visit my son.

Comfortable bed, clean room, with excellent staff who take pride in their work. The team who manage the breakfast byffet and happy hour impressed me with their continual upkeep to keep the buffet area clean with fresh food. They truly took pride in their work and it showed. I would stay here agian for sure when traveling to Austin. I loved that my room had a choice of pillow softness and/or firmness.

This was the third IHG hotel in so many nights. The first two were absolutely abysmal, but this one far exceeded expectations. The swimming pool was outstanding - - warm, clean, and not crowded. Laundry was free of charge. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all this stay was fantastic. ||Note: Parking here is free. But if you want to see any of the sites in Austin, you've got at least a 20 maybe a 25-minute drive.

The staff here are wonderful and kind. The quality of the hotel is good. The social hour and breakfast allow the guest to save a little money. The room was comfortable and it had a full kitchen with small stove. To top it off - the pool is heated! I had a great stay.

I had a great stay here with 6 people. We stayed in the 1 bedroom 2 queen bed suite. My only complaint would be that the pull out couch mattress was basically paper and online it said travel cribs available however that was not the case for us. We made do just fine but could’ve been more comfortable with the crib. The manager over the cafeteria was very friendly and made sure to have hot and ready food out for us

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast provided lots of options and the social hour at night was unexpected but delightful. The value and quality you are getting is definitely worth the stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

The 1st impression of the building and it maintenance was excellent! We were welcomed by very nice and informative staff at check in and had a fast and pleasant check out. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and had some of the sweetest staff members I've ever met. All in all a great hotel!

We stay here quite often and have never had a problem. The staff is wonderful. The food is always good.. There is plenty of parking and we have never had an issue with any of our vehicles there. They have a lovely pool in a nice exercise room washers and dryers so you can do your laundry at no charge..
