NillThis hotel seemed pretty decent in their website but as soon as we arrived we weren’t even allowed to enter the lobby. There was a little window to talk to the front desk lady by, she didn’t even smile at us and took very long to gather our reservation. I felt unwelcome before even going to my room. However, when i entered my room the smell was awful even though my room was supposed to be “non-smoking”. The air conditioner was SO LOUD and was honestly very uncomfortable to sleep at night with. It did cool very nicely though. The bed was really hard and was not clean, pillows were too small for the king bed requested and were also stained. The towels seemed clean but were hard and smelled bad aswell. Honestly the only comfortable thing about this hotel was the microwave and the fridge they provide you with. It was honestly too pricey for the condition the room was in. Would definitely not be coming back.

NillHusband and I had stopped for the night with our infant. The first room we were given smelled a little funny, so the woman working at the front desk kindly changed our room. Although the room is small and very out dated, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It does have a/c and heating options and parking was plentiful. It isn't a Luxury hotel but it's a good place to rest if you're only stopping for the night to sleep. Not a bad deal for the price asked.

NillThe room I stayed in was very clean and affordable. Hardwood floor and king size bed, I had non smoking, but they apparently offer smoking rooms also (don't quote me on this). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of my room and the owner gave me a temporary card to get in. He also suggested some great local restaurants. I needed an iron and ironing board for a few of my clothing articles and it was promptly provided. Located within five minutes of both ft bliss and airport. House keeping was great, professional, and friendly. I would stay here again because of the staff being so accommodating. Great owners, great experience, centrally located. 10/10 Any person that has negative reviews on this establishment obviously has no idea how customer service is supposed to work. I am almost in love with this place because of how great they are.

★Room was extremely dirty, food crumbs, hairs, dust, stained walls, so nasty, I have never been to a hotel like this even for the same price, it literally felt like police would show up to pick up someone at any moment, did not feel safe. Almost no light in the room, smelled like cigarettes even with the no smoking room, door knob was broken, AC had peanuts inside the vent!||Keep in mind the pictures I post are of the room they moved us to after telling them the original one was dirty.||I wouldnt recomment this to anyone.

NillI reserved a room with 2 full size beds through the website. However, when I got there, the front desk person gave me a key with one king size bedroom. When I asked to get the room that I reserved, I showed the lady the confirmation email that stated the two beds, and she said that the price charged corresponded to the room of one bed. The problem was not paying more. The problem is that the information in the website is misleading and the front desk does not respect the prices stated. In addition, the check out was supposed to be at 11:00 am, but a person knocked at 8:00 am just to remind us of the check out. We were aware of that. I signed a contract. There was not need for harassment. The rooms and location are decent for the price. However, I would not come back. The front desk is not useful at all.

NillThe cost for a single night was about half that of major hotels The bed was quite comfortable The room was spacious and included a fridge and microwave that worked well. However, our bathmat still had the footprints of the last guest on it, which made us question all the linens. The floodlights for the parking lot may prevent theft, but they make the rooms brighter than mid-day all night long. Our bathroom had ants.

NillThis place is disgusting. I travel a lot and have stayed in all types of budget motels this is by far the worst. Even at check in, another guest came in to the office to complain about something that wasn’t working and I guess that bothered the lady behind the counter to the point when she didn’t even speak 2 words to me during my check in. Not one smile or greeting she just asked my name and pointed me where to sign. I felt unwelcome even before getting to my room. But surprisingly it was the room that was the most unexpected. I was given room 1 and as soon as I walked in I immediately regretted choosing this hotel. The first thing I noticed was the horrible smell. We tried to ignore it but after a few minutes in the room I began searching but I could never find out where it was coming from. It smelled like rotting rust. the bed is rock hard, The drapes were torn, stains on the walls and all the desks/ counter tops were scratched. Complete filth. I should’ve just stayed at motel 6 at least the rooms are clean and dont stink.

NillThis place is one of the cheapest ones in El Paso, Texas, and probably one of the best deals in this and other towns nationwide. I saw it advertised for $35 a night on Google Maps (By the time I'm leaving the next day, they came down to only $31 plus tax) and was able to get that price at the front desk (you have to quote and show on the cell phone the online offer). The room had a King size bed with a decent bed cover, fridge, microwave, flat TV and other amenities. There was wood flooring and it was big enough for a couple to move around. It was very clean and neat and with a nice fresh scent. It's located in Downtown by the I-10 expressway and close to everywhere. Food joints are within walking distance. If you are on a budget, this is one of the places to check in El Paso. I was very pleased with the service, even though it's true that the desk at the room does not have a chair, there's no shampoo in the shower and no iron/ironing board. But come on guys, these are small struggling businesses hardly making a profit competiting with the giants, and you only stay at your room to sleep! And for that price! If you ever operated a business, you know what I'm talking about! I'm on a US southern states grand tour, and have visited Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas (yes, Houston). So far, this is the best deal I ever encountered in this and other trips!
