NillWe checked in once arriving. Lady at counter had a bill for our room we chose to pay cash. She then couldn’t figure out our change. So I asked for a receipt. I then told her what our change would be. She stated she couldn’t give us a receipt because we paid cash. I informed her that it doesn’t matter what I pay with I should get a receipt. She then wrote on a piece of paper what I was charged and gave it to me. She then handed us the keys to our room. We carried our bags to the third floor and walked into a dirty room. I walked out and went back to the office and stated I believe we were issued a dirty room. She then stated she hadn’t looked at the board to see what rooms were clean. She issued us new keys to a room next to the original room. We went back up to the third floor and walked into to a room where the bed was made and room appeared “clean”. The next day we took a nap around 10 as our sleep schedule had been off. We were woken up by a man walking into our room telling us that we missed check out that we were supposed to be out of our room by 11. I told the man we had booked two nights we weren’t leaving to check his system. To think that we don’t have privacy because they didn’t take the time to check the system but to just walk into a room. Continental breakfast was frozen waffles in a freezer with a toaster there was a gallon of orange juice and apple juice. We won’t be come back to this place again. Very unwell kept. Lack of repairs (ceiling looks as it has leaked for a long time with a bunch of patch jobs along with the drywall sagging over our bed. There is a tub in the bathroom with a shower but you’re only able to take a shower because of the diverter that is installed in the shower only allows shower head to operate. Bed only has outlets on one side. Paint chipping on doors in our room. Batteries dead in tv remote. Tarps on roof. With areas of the roof with the outline of the tarp still on the roof.along with zero updates. I would like to be contacted by owners or management. Our stay was on 1-24-25 through 1-26-25.

NillToday I called to get information about an upcoming stay before my next cruise. Todd who answered my call was amazing and very informative not just about the motel but the pricing of the cruise shuttle ($10 a person not that bad at all, I did forget to ask if we would need to bring a carseat for the shuttle tho) and even gave me a recommendation for where to have supper. I can't wait to stay here.

NillOur room window had cardboard over it. It's not safe for kids as a railing was held up by rope. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Beds were hard.

★Took our first family cruise ever and needed a place to stay for the night that didn’t cost $400. Man, when they say you get what you pay for!! Customer service was lacking. The attitude from the late night shift lady was awful. She claimed they had no extra towels, no extra blankets, oh and surprisingly when we asked for an iron and ironing board the next morning she had miraculously ran out. The night before she was sleeping and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. She even called us 3 times during our road trip to know what time exactly would we arrive. No friends, they were not sold out, she simply wanted to know when she should be in the office. The next morning…🤣 30 minutes prior to us walking out, housekeeping opened our door without knocking and shouted, “You guys gotta be outta here by 11!” 🤯 If we hadn’t experienced such an awful run down should be condemned motel, we wouldn’t have believed it. I don’t do many reviews as you can see, but this made me feel like I need to start reviewing more often. I don’t have words for the danger of the railings. How is this place still open and why are people giving them 4 stars?? Look at my pictures. We stayed there March 1, 2024. If you’ve ever watched the TV Show, “Martin” this is the closest thing to Chilligans Island! ROTFL ||Are you needing to save money? You’re better off sleeping in your car.

NillI am not for sure why this place has any good reviews on it yes it’s cheap but they advertise pictures for breakfast that are not even true. It’s a refrigerator where you can get Eggo waffles and some things you can find at a convenient store. Everything is very rundown and there is nothing good to say about this stay we had and the gentleman at the front in the Afternoon was very rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to handle guest. I’ll pay the extra money somewhere else because there’s no way I’d go back
