The Villas at The San Luis Resort||Galveston||Best 2024 Christmas/ birthday ever!||987504252||This is the 3rd time my husband, and I stayed at the San Luis Villas. Mary made our stay an unforgettable experience from the moment we drove into the parking lot. She greeted us outside waving and blowing kisses with her beautiful smile. She arranged a special, private, and romantic dinner by the pool. Our villa had rose petals, champagne, and a slice of cake with a candle for my birthday, even though we were there to celebrate Christmas, she made my day special too. The San Luis is so lucky to have Mary on the team. We can't wait to see her again soon. She has a gift for making you feel like Family!

An amazing short time here at the Villas. Sarah and Mary were wonderful concierges. Villa we stayed in had zero issues. Hot tub fully functional. Room was quiet with distributed Bluetooth audio from the bathroom to the patio with the hot tub. A simple walk up the hill to many restaurants located in the main hotel. Reserved parking just outside the fenced in Villas.

This review is for October 2024 stay . My husband and I were just looking quick weekend gateway . We always stayed at San Luis Resort on club 10 , did not know about villas till recently . So I booked two night at villas. Let me telling you something it was most amazing place and time we had . Our concierge team Mary , Bianca , and Ivan , they were kind , funny and attentive to guest to make sure that we have everything we need. We had best time in our life at villas. We end up extended one extra night . It worth the money spending if you are looking for relax , top notch service . Definitely going back again ! Thank you Mary for your kind hospitality. Ivan keep up practicing magic card !

The Villas at the San Luis resort were above and beyond the best luxury getaway for couples who want to fully relax and be pampered. We were so astounded by how luxurious the accommodations were and how attentive the staff was to every need we had. We went there for a couple of nights in early September to get away after having months and months of issues with health and family emergencies etc. We just really wanted to go and be pampered and feel relaxed. That is exactly what was achieved when we went there. We had two people on staff, Bianca and Ivan, day and night that helped us with every need we had, especially with my fiancé on crutches. We were able to have transport any dinners we had, the staff made all of our reservations for us with restaurants and the spa, any special requests for drinks beverages and all happened seamlessly. Bianca and Ivan both were just two of the most genuinely sweet attentive people! My fiancé actually ended up proposing one evening when we were hanging out by the firepit near the pool because it was just such a romantic, amazing atmosphere and the time was right, and after that we had so many more special perks given to us by the staff to help us celebrate. We are so grateful for our time at the villas, and will most definitely be splurging to go back as soon as we can.

This is hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had on a weekend getaway and though more expensive than other places weve gone i can honestly say it was worth every penny. We went for our anniversary and it was special from the time we walked through the door. The villa was top notch and spacious with a luxurious feel throughout. The private pool area was an incredible experience where my wife and I enjoyed relaxing and just spending time together for most of the day. Bianca and the rest of the Villa staff were amazing in facilitating all of this and tied together the whole experience, accommodating requests for food, drink, and assisting wherever needed. I can't recommend this experience enough.

This was one of if not the best experience my wife and I had. Let me put it this way, we have traveled to multiple 4-5 stars resorts and the San Luis Villas is in our top 3. The Villas were exceptionally clean and the privacy we loved. The personal service that they provide is impeccable. The added bonus is that you get your own assigned parking spot. We will definitely be coming back!!!

My husband booked a 4 day, 3 night stay at The Villas to celebrate what we call VBA day (Valentine's Day, my Birthday and our Anniversary) and it was phenomenal! Bianca and Mary ensured we had everything we needed or wanted. We enjoyed the private hot tub, soaking up the sun by the heated pool, and working on a 1,000 piece puzzle. Gourmet dinners were enjoyed under the stars by the fire with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It was the first time in quite a while that we were able to truly relax and not have a worry in the world. I cannot recommend this enough for an adults only getaway! Treat yourself!

We came as a couple on my birthday which was in the middle of the week (Wednesday Feb 21) and we were greeted by Bianca, a concierge for the villas, and her energy was top tier! She was so informative, helpful, and accommodating. My boyfriend had called her ahead of time to set up the room with flowers, balloons, and a cake and Bianca did not disappoint! It was such a beautiful villa alone and with the decorations even better. Patience is the bartender in the villas and she was so attentive and accommodating as well, so sweet and just went above and beyond. These ladies were such a great part of my birthday trip, thank you for making it so wonderful! We had breakfast in the villa and one night we stayed in and were able to order dinner to the room. Fantastic.
