Hotel ZaZa Houston Memorial City

We recently had the opportunity to service one of our corporate clients at Hotel ZaZa Houston, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The entire team—from valet to event staff—was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Although we didn’t interact with her during the planning phase, we met Alexis, the Conference Service Manager, on event day and were incredibly impressed by her attentiveness and professionalism. She ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth setup and activation. As an event vendor, we also appreciated the exceptionally fast internet speeds, which made a big difference in the performance of our photo booth and sharing station. The venue itself is both stylish and functional—perfect for corporate events and upscale gatherings. Bad communication, but not rude. :( Reception is silent and listless. I don't need to be catered to, but a lot of people expect to be attended to when paying this much for a stay. A look in your direction or a "hello" when you draw near helps. Doesn't bode well... I believe I spoke with an Alexis who claimed she could handle a concern, but was unable to communicate despite opening contact via phone and email. Didn't seem to dislike working, so I can only assume this hotel is in need of help. That, or I just found the wrong people on the wrong day... 4 times. The staff at Zaza were not conducive to a very fruitful experience and I fear what would happen if they were to be presented with an issue a guest absolutely needed their help in resolving. Rooms are just fine, location makes sense. All things considered, you can have a better stay elsewhere. There's a lot of options in the general area, too.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—especially Jessica, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience special when we checked in.||||The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The coffee, apples, and Biscoff crackers by the elevators were a yummy treat. It felt like a true escape, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel unique and welcoming. Great restaurants are in short walking distance. ||||This has officially become our go-to spot for special occasions. We can’t wait to return and create more memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, personalized, and memorable stay!

We come to hotel ZaZa for meals and great times with friends and family. Anything you get from Chef Kelvin is top notch so feel free to explore a new meal! The bar is can’t miss and they have lovely zero profit options as well for my alcohol free drinkers. Please please please ask William when you dine because he is to die for! Funny kind and great at his job!

I didn’t stay at Hotel ZaZa at City Center in Houston, TXbut this is the second year in a row that my son-in-law booked a room for my daughter for Mother’s Day. My 2 daughters, my sister and I stopped into the bar to have cocktails and listen to the excellent band. William was our server and photographer. He was so good! He made our experience so special! Depending on MD Anderson appointments, we stay at Museum or Memorial. Last month our dog was able to come to Memorial with us, which made my husband VERY happy. The room was great, room service was great, valets were great, front desk was great. It is so wonderful to have no additional stress during these trips. We love Zaza Hotels!

Hotel it is perfectly located. Super clean, and the personnel is incredible. The front desk personnel is well educated and make the process smooth. Lissy and Sierra took care of us and we enjoyed the check in process and the free champagne and the note they sent. If there is something that I would improve is the breakfast style. Don’t get me wrong it is not bad but I’m more buffet style type of gal.

Nice stay for mine and my husbands anniversary. Staff was great and our room was beyond what we could have expected. We got upgraded to the French Connection room. We ate at the bar and also got room service. It was wonderful. Would love to come back for another vacation.
